The Spring Warm Up offered an exciting glimpse at underrated talent ahead of the live period. Hosted at Sandra Day O'Connor High School in Phoenix, Arizona, the event brought together teams from across Arizona and New Mexico. Here are the standout players from the High School Divisions who made a strong impression:    Perez stood out as a key contributor for the C3 Ballers, establishing herself as a true impact player. As the team's floor general, she displayed a high basketball IQ, showcasing impressive decision-making and court awareness. Her exceptional ball-handling skills and sharp passing ability allowed her to control the tempo of the game, while her three-level scoring — finishing at the rim, mid-range, and beyond the arc — kept defenses on their heels. Beyond her offensive skill set, Perez's relentless motor and intensity on both ends of the floor were impossible to ignore. With her combination of skill, leadership, and energy, I fully expect her to attract serious attention from college coaches and scouts as the summer circuit heats up.           Although officially listed as a forward, Abt showcased impressive versatility by stepping into more of a guard role throughout the event. She demonstrated the rare ability to defend all five positions, using her length, quickness, and physicality to disrupt opponents across the floor. Offensively, she handled the ball with confidence and showed an improved ability to facilitate the offense, creating opportunities for herself and her teammates. I was particularly impressed with her development as a scorer, especially her growing comfort and consistency from the perimeter and mid-range areas. Abt's combination of motor, strength, and athleticism makes her an especially intriguing sleeper prospect. With her continued growth, she possesses tremendous upside that could make her a major target for college programs in the near future.     Prisciandaro impressed with her ability to score efficiently from all three levels — attacking the basket, knocking down mid-range jumpers, and hitting shots from beyond the arc. What stood out most was her evolution into a true combo guard, demonstrating the skill set and basketball IQ needed to excel at both the point and shooting guard positions. Depending on the matchup, Prisciandaro can seamlessly transition between playing off the ball, where she attacks aggressively from the wing, and stepping into a facilitator role, setting up her teammates and running the offense with poise. Defensively, she brings solid energy and quickness, allowing her to guard the perimeter effectively against a variety of opponents. With her versatile skill set, strong scoring instincts, and defensive capabilities, I anticipate Prisciandaro becoming one of the most highly recruited guards out of Northern Arizona in the coming months.     Quiroga is a true scoring threat — a certified bucket-getter who consistently finds ways to put points on the board. She showcased impressive three-level scoring ability, confidently finishing at the rim, knocking down mid-range shots, and hitting from deep with range and consistency. Beyond her offensive prowess, Quiroga made plays on both ends of the floor, using her toughness and anticipation to create turnovers and generate extra possessions for her team. What truly sets her apart is her fearless, aggressive style of play; she embraces big moments and isn't afraid to put her team on her back when the game is on the line. With her combination of scoring versatility, defensive effort, and leadership under pressure, Quiroga is a player who consistently rises to the occasion and makes a major impact when it matters most.     Castillo is an impressive combo guard who plays with a remarkable level of toughness and grit. Her high basketball IQ consistently shines through, enabling her to make smart decisions and deliver key plays when her team needs them most. She shows excellent poise as a ball-handler, displaying strong control under pressure while also facilitating the offense and keeping her teammates involved. Castillo's ability to shift between creating for others and creating her own shot makes her a dynamic presence on the floor. As a member of the 2026 class, she is definitely a prospect to watch closely in New Mexico — her advanced feel for the game, combined with her competitiveness and potential for growth, gives her tremendous upside.     McKines immediately caught my attention with her toughness and ability to finish through contact. She excels at slashing to the basket, using her quick first step and strong body control to navigate through defenders and score around the rim. Defensively, McKines brings impressive versatility — she has the lateral quickness to defend the perimeter and the strength and instincts to hold her own in the paint against bigger opponents. Her competitive edge, two-way impact, and athletic upside make her a true sleeper prospect with significant long-term potential.
