"Most of this team has played together for 3 straight seasons, so the chemistry should be very good."   PGHD: How often will your team practice/work out?   "We practice and have skill workouts roughly 2-3 times per week."   PGHD: What are your goals for this team?   "My first goal is always to improve every single day as a team. My second goal is to win every single tournament."   PGHD: What are a couple of your strengths as a team?   "We have very good team defense. We make teams work for their buckets."   PGHD: What style of basketball will you play on the offensive end?   "We like to push the ball on offense if we have an advantage. Half court, we will move the ball side to side and share it with each other."   PGHD: What brand of defense will you play?    "We will mix it up on defense a lot. We want to keep teams guessing and give them different looks."   PGHD: Is there an event/tournament you are most looking forward to?   "We are looking forward to playing North Tartan again. We lost by 2 points last year in the Championship at the Meltdown."   PGHD: Who are a couple of underrated players on your team?   "Jayna Van Laecken will have a big year for us. She is growing and getting stronger while becoming more confident in her offensive game. I am excited to see what she does this year. She could be an elite shooter/scorer."   PGHD: What do you foresee being the identity of your team?   "The identity of our team will be Defense. We will always give ourselves a chance to be in games with our D."
