Dynasty Classic 15U Division- Versatile Scorers

Versatility is always good, especially when you have players who find ways to put the ball into the basket, so here ya go    Sampson scored in so many ways that I stopped counting after the EURO. She's an athletic guard who uses her athleticism on both ends, and seeing her first step used to blow by defenders to score or dish was nice. Her court vision across the board was solid, as was her defense, but her pull-up jumper, along with her catch and shoot to drop had me smiling     Tipp is a long and athletic guard, and that is the base, so whether she's slicing past defenders from the wing or just attacking strongly down the middle, her body control helps her finish after contact. She also creates her shot under pressure and elevates to drop it from mid to long range     McCormick was one of many shooters on her team, yet her seasoning stood out, watching her read the court and play the passing lane. Her court vision across the board was solid; she used a deceptive first step to attack and score, but her “stop and pop” jumper, along with her “catch and shoot” looked nice as well     Johnson was another athletic guard who utilized her athleticism on both ends, and the heat she showed on defense, particularly “on the ball,” was impressive. She picked some pockets and played the passing lane, yet her explosiveness off the dribble to score, coupled with her pull-up jumpers, were pluses as well     Hayes is heady and did a good job handling the ball under pressure. She saw the floor; decision-making was good, yet she also took good shots and knocked them down from outside, including catch-and-shoot opportunities. She used a slight HEZ to attack and score     Graef is also long and athletic, still the base, and when you factor in that she played tough defense and the passing lane, what else? Well, she does a good job attacking and finishing, even after the lick, and her pull-up jumper was also solid     King was one of the biggest surprises for me, not because she's long and athletic, but she gave me a different look. She rebounds on both ends and defends both in and outside the paint, but she also scored around the basket, as well as off the dribble, but her dropping the jumper JUST DID IT for me     Daly went coast to coast to score a couple of times, well, score or dish, but watching her set the defender up to attack and finish was nice, as was her not only creating her shot, but creating spacing to get it off was equally impressive. She also did a good job applying heat on both ends, on the ball pressure was solid
