Kirkwood/Marquette Shootout 2027 Standouts

She is still working her way back, but "Swaggy G" still showed how potent an offensive threat that she can be. She used her jab step or just a quick burst to get into the lane and score at a variety of angles. With her height and strength, she scored on a number of tough takes. She plays the game at a nice easy pace that looks very smooth. She is a capable ball hander and nice playmaker who can see over the defense with her height. She rebounds the ball well and can start the break without an outlet pass needed. She can pass it well on the high-low, attack off the dribble or knock down the 15 foot jumper. Being a lefty also works well for her. She is active around the basket as a scoring threat and rebounder. She was constantly in the right spot to get the ball, which included offensive rebounds. She handled the ball well in the open court. She had a very nice sequence in the game that I watched where she knocked down two consecutive 3-pointers, then attacked the close out to make a short jumper off the bounce. She was getting good seals in the low post and getting buckets on drop steps. She can also wheel and deal in either direction.
