Essence Robertson (Westminster): The 5'6" 2026 guard plays the game in an old-school fashion that is very effective. She is physically strong and she uses her strength to back down defenders into the post and keep them away from the basketball. She gets into the lane and can score very well on as assortment of runners and floaters. She also hits the open perimeter jumper. She played a big role in WCA's district championship game last season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1308673' first='Elliott' last='Utterback'] (Van-Far): A 5'6" combo guard who knows how to get buckets in a variety of ways, as she averaged 17 points a game during the season. She was very aggressive on the drive downhill and she can also split the double-team on her way into the lane. She was scoring through contact and drawing fouls. She was also hitting the stop and pop jumper from the mid-range area as well as the 3-pointer.

Arika Langerston (University City): A 2028 point guard who has impressive speed and quickness, which she utilized well at both ends of the court. She was getting downhill off the dribble and breaking defenders down. Her court vision is excellent as she could thread the needle with nifty dime through the lane. She was also a tenacious on-ball defender who was harassing opposing ball handlers.

Kennedy Hohe (Orchard Farm): A 2027 point guard who has excellent playmaking abilities with her slick handles and passing ability. She has a nice spin dribble and she used the hesi move to shake defenders as well. I was impressed with how she was able to enter the ball into the low post. She can get into the lane and hit the pull up jumper very effectively.

Avani Kendroza (Mid Buchanan): A 2026 combo guard who was just as effective playing off the ball as she was with the ball in her hands. She was passing it well and also moving and cutting to the open spots on the floor. She was moving with purpose. She put a deft touch on her lob passes into the post. She is also an impressive perimeter shooter who made multiple 3-pointers in each game I watched her.
