Mighty Mites from the Run 4 Roses

Prep Girls Hoops Missouri takes a look at some of the Mighty Mites from last weekend's first session of the Run 4 Roses. This list consist of players who are listed at 5'3" and under. They are small in stature, but they can make a big impact on the game.   <figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img src="https://prepgirlshoops.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/4/2023/05/addie-owen.jpg?w=1024" alt="" class="wp-image-651038" /></figure>   [player_tooltip player_id='351776' first='Addi' last='Owen'] (Phee Elite 17U/Olufson): The 5'3" 2026 point guard has been the captain of the "Mighty Mites" team throughout her high school career. She is a high energy guard who plays tremendous on-ball pressure defense. She can also play off the ball with her ability to shoot it from 3-point range. She recently gave a commitment to Division I SEMO.   *******   <figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img src="https://prepgirlshoops.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/4/2025/07/IMG_4528.jpeg?w=1024" alt="" class="wp-image-1273487" /></figure>   [player_tooltip player_id='1303492' first='Logan' last='Bennett'] ([program_tooltip program_id='712484' first='Della' last='Lamb'] 15U): A 5'3" 2028 guard from Staley who is a solid player who can knock down open shots from 3-point range. She had a knack of hitting big shots in clutch situations. In the Platinum Division semifinals, she hit a pair of big 3-pointers in the final minute, including the game-winner with 10 seconds left. Della went on to win the championship in the next game.     ******   <figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img src="https://prepgirlshoops.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/4/2025/07/IMG_4263.jpeg?w=1024" alt="" class="wp-image-1273488" /></figure>   Cyriniti Chatman ([program_tooltip program_id='712694' first='Missouri' last='Phenom'] 15U/Robinson): A 5'3" 2028 guard from Louisiana who has excellent quickness and who plays with high energy. She is an aggressive on-ball defender who really hawks the ball. She was getting steals off the press and getting her team into transition. She has a twin sister on the team (Trinity) who is equally quick, but she is listed at 5'4"     ******   <figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img src="https://prepgirlshoops.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/4/2025/07/IMG_4191.jpeg?w=1024" alt="" class="wp-image-1268414" /></figure>   Hadley McNatt ([program_tooltip program_id='713416' first='Missouri' last='Select'] 17U): A 5'2" 2026 guard from Willard who helped her team to a bracket championship. She is a fundamentally sound player who can light it up from 3-point range. She is a very smart defensive player with good instincts and the ability to rotate over to the right spots.     ******   <figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img src="https://prepgirlshoops.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/4/2025/07/IMG_4072.jpeg?w=1024" alt="" class="wp-image-1273489" /></figure>   [player_tooltip player_id='1273843' first='Madelyn' last='Files'] ([program_tooltip program_id='712694' first='Missouri' last='Phenom']/St. Louis 8th): A 5'0" 2029 point guard who will be headed to Francis Howell North. She has good handles as a high basketball IQ. She distributes the ball well and she can knock down open 3-pointers off the catch. She can also be a pest on defense with her ability to dig down into the paint and take the ball from opposing post players.     *******   <figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img src="https://prepgirlshoops.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/4/2025/07/Anna-Dick.jpg?w=1024" alt="" class="wp-image-1273476" /></figure>   [player_tooltip player_id='1243148' first='Anna' last='Dick'] ([program_tooltip program_id='712694' first='Missouri' last='Phenom'] 15U EYCL): A 5'0" 2029 point guard from Tipton who is a good ball handler who distributes the ball very well. She can also shoot it from 3-point range.     ******   <figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img src="https://prepgirlshoops.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/4/2025/07/IMG_4355.jpeg?w=1024" alt="" class="wp-image-1273490" /></figure>   Lily McDonough ([program_tooltip program_id='948123' first='TC' last='Hoops']): A 5'2" 2029 point guard from Leopold who has good speed and is a ball hawk defensively on the full court press. She pushes the tempo well and she advances the ball upcourt very well with the pass.     ******   <figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img src="https://prepgirlshoops.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/4/2025/07/IMG_4384.jpeg?w=1024" alt="" class="wp-image-1273491" /></figure>   De'mijah Woods ([program_tooltip program_id='712694' first='Missouri' last='Phenom'] 15U EYCL): A 5'0" scoring point guard from Hickman who has excellent quickness and a burst to beat defenders off the dribble. She can really create her own offense off the dribble with a variety of escape moves, which lead to a 3-pointer. She is instant offense off the bench.     ******
