EVALUATIONS: Team 1 at the Freshman Showcase

Including a great step through move after the defense over committed and she hit a good "giant killer" shot after. One area of improvement will be working on her off hand. As at times the defense over played her and she kept trying to go right. To build off that write up, Rapalo has a fantastic handle. Has the ball of a string with crossovers and more moves to carve up the defense. Only drawback to an otherwise great performance was some wildness as a passer. Sometimes she threw it too hard for short area passes, or too high on entry/transition passes. From making the simple but important pitch ahead to teammates, to pushing it and slipping in good bounce pass feeds to teammates around the rim. Scored some as a rim runner in transition and rolling off of ball screens. Was more active on the glass in the second 5 on 5 contest, while also hustling throughout the day. Has an high arcing shot. Runs to her spots in transition to get set up from three before the defense gets back.
