Recalled watching the young lady at the Freshman Showcase back in September. She was a bright spot in a tough game for 5A Mac vs 6A Mustang. Got it going a bit from three and off the bounce in the second half. While also making some scrappy plays on the defensive end. Seemed to fit well into her role by not trying to do too much today, but still found spots to contribute. Looking forward to continue to monitor Rapalo’s progress.

One of top standouts of the camp, she was also covered in Saturday night’s instant reaction article. To build off that write up, Rapalo has a fantastic handle. Has the ball of a string with crossovers and more moves to carve up the defense. Only drawback to an otherwise great performance was some wildness as a passer. Sometimes she threw it too hard for short area passes, or too high on entry/transition passes. Still an eye opening performance, making Rapalo one of the top freshmen in Oklahoma to track this winter.

Do it all lead guard, who kept battling and making plays. Good transition pitch aheads and reads. While also finding her spots to score. Comfortably draining threes or slipping her way to the rim. Good pace to her game and was one of the more entertaining players to watch. A potential bright star from the shady 580.
