As an incoming freshman, she was a feisty influence on the floor for Ogden. She's quick and doesn't give up, and was running the ball down the floor even from behind. Her older sister made plenty of noise for North Sanpete, but Mariah looks poised to carve out her own identity—and maybe an even bigger one. She was constantly in passing lanes, forcing steals, and turning them into fast-break opportunities. On defense, she never shied away from physical play, staying glued to her matchup all the way to the rim. Her length makes her a problem for ball-handlers trying to get downhill, and she's not afraid to hit the deck for loose balls.
