Five-foot-9 forward [player_tooltip player_id='1312935' first='Ashlyn' last='Hicks'] uses her size and athleticism to be a force in the lane and on the offensive boards. She has great movement off the ball, slashes in the paint, and finishes around the rim. Hicks is a tenacious defender who runs the court, wins hustle plays, and rebounds on both ends. She played with [program_tooltip program_id='1035055' first='Northwest' last='Select'] in the Select Events Select 40 circuit over the summer. Hicks was a key rotational player on a Beaverton squad that fell to a Jazzy Davidson-led Clackamas squad in the second round of the 6A playoffs last season. The Beavers should return all of their starters, contend with Southridge for the Metro League title, and make it to the 6A state tournament this year.

Five-foot-7 guard [player_tooltip player_id='1266101' first='Claire' last='Koch'] is a quick on-ball defender and a hidden gem of a shooter. Koch can stretch the floor with her excellent three-point shooting. She has a quick-release that challenges defenders to close her out on the perimeter. Koch ran with [program_tooltip program_id='713147' first='Oregon' last='Elite'] over the summer and got stronger every tournament. She's developing her physicality and finishing through contact. She's also improving her ability to make the right read every play. In her sophomore season, Koch came off the bench for West Linn, a team that placed fourth at the 6A state tournament last season. Koch might play a similar role in her junior season since the Lions are returning all of their key players. West Linn will be a contender for the Three Rivers League and 6A State titles this upcoming season.

Six-foot power forward [player_tooltip player_id='1312946' first='Finley' last='Sager'] is a hard worker and vocal leader who rebounds and gets to the free-throw line. Sager is new to the club scene and ran with Oregon Overtime over the summer. She protected the paint and led the team in rebounds. She wasn't afraid of contact and cleaned up the offensive glass for easy putbacks. Sager moves well with a strong frame. In the offseason, she improved her ability to run the floor, catch the ball, and finish around the rim. She settled down inside and looked for the kick out. Sager put in the work over the summer and will be a great option in the front court for Central Catholic this upcoming season.

Five-foot-6 guard [player_tooltip player_id='1312950' first='Autumn' last='Slichter'] is a knockdown three-point shooter with good handles. She uses her length to steal crossovers and jump passing lanes. Slichter shot the lights out this summer with Oregon Overtime. She's developing her ability to get downhill and make the play. She's also improving her perimeter defense and could be a two-way combo guard at Cleveland her junior year.

Five-foot-8 guard [player_tooltip player_id='1312949' first='Nora' last='Hudson'] is a three-sport high school athlete who puts her natural competitive ability to work everywhere on the court. She's an excellent passer out of the pick-and-roll, she fights to win rebounds, and she uses a smart physicality to make plays on defense. During July, Hudson was a force coming off the bench for Oregon Overtime. She can quickly adapt to new systems, and she was a productive rebounder, scorer around the basket, and passer for her club team. Hudson was a key part of La Salle's rotation in her sophomore season and looks ready to be a bigger contributor on both ends for the Falcons in her junior year.

Five-foot-9 guard [player_tooltip player_id='1229213' first='Elise' last='Chiovaro'] is an all-around scorer and unselfish teammate who works hard and makes good decisions. In her sophomore season, Chiovaro had to wait her turn on a Wilsonville squad that boasted talented upperclassmen. She had a solid summer with [program_tooltip program_id='713147' first='Oregon' last='Elite'] on the Nike Tournament of Champions circuit. Chiovaro should play a key role for the Wildcats in her junior season, and it could be her breakout year.
