6' Plus Impact Players - 2026

<p>The number of players in Utah who are taller than 6'0" has grown over the past 10 years, and every new roster year adds more to that list. Here are the tallest players in the 2026 class for Utah, and how they are utilizing their height to their advantage.</p>   <h2 class="wp-block-heading">6'5"</h2>    <p class="text-gray-700">Rylee proves that you don't have to come from a big school to be a D1-caliber athlete. Coming out of a 2A program, she's consistently outplayed girls from larger leagues and will be taking her talents to Utah next year. She's got elite court awareness—able to read plays before they happen—and her timing on deflections and blocks makes her a nightmare for opposing offenses. Height aside, her instincts and motor make her one of the most complete players in her class.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">For a big, Laite moves with surprising speed and agility. She reads passing lanes like a guard, jumping in for steals that most post players wouldn't even attempt. She's establishing deep position in the paint and converting efficiently once she gets the touch. Copper Hills hasn't had a true post presence in a few seasons, so it'll be interesting to see how the offense evolves now that they've got a legitimate center who can anchor the block and draw attention inside.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">Chaylee is a two-sport athlete with legit next-level potential in both. While she's been focused on volleyball this fall, she remains Snow Canyon's anchor in the paint—blocking shots, altering drives, and owning the glass. With some added quickness, she could become even more dangerous in transition, turning those defensive stops into fast-break opportunities on the other end.</p>    <h2 class="wp-block-heading">6'2"</h2>    <p class="text-gray-700">Erylin is a true rim protector for West Jordan, swatting away more shots than she snagged steals last season. Her timing and instincts around the basket make her a defensive anchor. With her varsity minutes jumping up last year, she's poised to make an even bigger impact as a senior — especially if she continues to refine her footwork and positioning in the paint.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">Tabi doesn't play like your typical tall player—she's got the smooth handle and movement of a long guard. That versatility will translate perfectly to the next level, where she'll likely slot in as a perimeter player.
