Averi Schultz | Espanola Valley | 2026

On Saturday, Schultz impressed with her energy and relentless hustle. She was everywhere for Espanola Valley, delivering one play after another. Not only did she provide relief points around the basket, but she also showcased her finesse, slicing through defenses for layups off the dribble — once going high off the glass with flair. Her standout moment? A contested jumper, banked off the glass like Tim Duncan.

Bouldin was a whirlwind of physicality and tenacity all day, wreaking havoc on defense with a flurry of deflections and steals that left opponents rattled. Her quick lateral movement kept her glued to the hips of opposing guards, shutting down their every move. On the offensive end, she dazzled in transition, dishing out "dimes" with kick-ahead passes that sparked fast breaks.

On Saturday, Gordeau delivered a commanding performance for Del Norte, dominating the interior with force. Her imposing positional size and ability to post up or face up left defenders scrambling, as she piled up buckets in the paint. Mixing her moves, Gordeau was nearly unstoppable when unleashing her devastating drop step, leaving opponents in her wake. She was also a viable option diving to the rim, drawing contact, and earning multiple trips to the free-throw line.

[player_tooltip player_id='893573' first='Olivia' last='Martinez'] | Espanola Valley | 2026

All day Saturday, Martinez was a relentless force, pouring heart and hustle into every moment on both ends of the court. As a senior guard, she stood out as arguably the most competitive player on the floor. Whether crashing the glass with tenacity, diving fearlessly for loose balls, or sacrificing her body to take multiple charges, Martinez's electrifying energy and unwavering grit made her the heartbeat of the action for Espanola Valley.

Daylani Estrada | Valencia | 2029

Estrada was a maestro with the ball in her hands on Saturday, exuding supreme confidence and lighting up the court with her sharpshooting prowess. She not only drained catch & shoot three-pointers with ease but also showcased her versatility by sinking smooth jumpers in the lane. As opponents scrambled to respect her deadly outside shot, they extended their defense to contest her. Unfazed, Estrada countered with head fakes, baiting defenders into the air and creating space for runners in the lane off the dribble.

Her suffocating defense smothered opponents, while her knack for snagging weak-side rebounds showcased her hustle and instincts. Offensively, she was comfortable taking the ball coast-to-coast and pushing the tempo with fearless drives. As a scorer, Martin displayed her ability to finish around the basket with either hand, punctuated by a left-handed layup in transition.
