Any freshman can have a breakout moment or a high scoring game, but consistency at this early stage is what will hold the most weight. She understands the pace of the game, and knows when to score and or when to make plays for others. The potential she has is skyrocketing. She doesn't need much to find an angle and attack. She is beyond confident, and having that at this early stage in her career will set the tone. She can score from all three levels, and doesn't get shy if there's defense and or heavy helpside pressure. From double-doubles to multiple 10+ point games. The length she has fits perfectly with how she plays the game. Active, but has the pace, aggressive, but knows when to come off the ball. What this also allows her to do is to make plays for others as well.. with the defense giving her a majority of attention, Aleah can get it going in a facilitator role as well. On the defensive end, the same energy and aggression are displayed. She can handle the ball even if there's pressure, her head is up on a majority of the possessions, and her patience to let a play develop before she attacks is something to notice as well.
