Showcase In The Park: Upperclassmen You Need To Know

Each year, different teams have been a part of this showcase, and each year, there are teams that have players who completely dominate the game from start to finish. On one end of the ball, she can stretch the court and force the defense to hesitate on any decisions they might make, and on the other hand, she can protect the paint due to her length. Offensively, she does most of her damage from the nail down, but the midrange ability is there, and the confidence is there to take it. Defensively, she can deal with perimeter players, and in the paint, she can be a true relief for guards who get beaten. Her game is adaptable, and she's showing the knowledge of playing within the system, while also having moments of her own. She plays the game with minimal worries and falls back on the work that's obviously being put in. She can create her own shot, and or score off the pass. The defense is solid as well, and she can for sure throw off an entire game plan with her aggression. The upside is high. She naturally just fits into a scheme because of her versatility and athleticism. Over the next couple of years, I believe we'll be able to see her offensive skillset as a primary focal point.
