Southern AZ Showcase was filled with talented young players

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The ELV8 Rising Stars Showcase was filled with talent from all over the state of Arizona, and several of these players will no doubt be impact players for their respective high schools as soon as next year. She is a very good ball handler, passer, and shooter for a player her age. She is a tough player that was not intimidated by the magnitude of the event. She will continue to grow and develop for sure, being the daughter of a high school basketball coach. She is also very skilled offensively. She has a nice jump shot for a young player and can score from all 3 levels. She is lightning quick and can handle the ball very well. Her biggest attribute is her energy. She goes 100% at all times and she loves to compete. She does a nice job of kicking the ball out of the Post when nothing is there, and hitting players for open looks. She is a good mid range shooter and she can handle the ball well. She did well in the Skills Session, displaying excellent ball handling and shooting for her age, and she picked up things quickly. She did well in the Showcase games, running the floor well in transition and scoring on fast break opportunities. She is a tough player that defended some of the top players in Arizona. She played really well on the defensive end showing a combination of toughness and quickness. She rebounded the ball well and also showed that she can pass well from the point. She has a nice shooting touch especially from mid range and from the 3 point line. She did a great job of playing her role and fitting in with her teammates and making everyone around her better. I love her energy and passion. She is a seasoned club player that excelled in the Skills Session and also did very well in the Showcase games. She is very quick and agile with the ball in her hand, and she makes good decisions with the basketball. She is excellent in transition and in half court sets. She scored both from the perimeter and on drives to the basket.
