[player_tooltip player_id='1117265' first='Melanie' last='Moore'] (Paris): A 5'6" point guard who was one of the best floor generals that I watched at the tournament. She is a capable scoring threat who also distributes the basketball with her excellent court vision. She's quick and she does a good job of changing speeds and directions to keep defenders off balance. She can also score from all three levels with the ability to create offense off the dribble.

[player_tooltip player_id='904764' first='Whitney' last='Pennington'] (Marceline): It is good to see the 5'9" guard back in action again as she was out with an injury last season. The young lefty has good length and a good skill set. She handles the ball well and she did a good job of attacking the middle of the zone defense.

Gretchen Crusha (Paris): An excellent shooting guard who scored 13 points in the Lady Coyotes' victory over South Shelby in the fifth place game. She provided the perimeter shooting for her team with four 3-pointers in the game. She was very good off the catch and she also moved well to the open spots to get her shots.

Sophia Lockwood (Marceline): A 2027 forward who came off the bench and had some very productive moments on the offensive end. She hit a nice mid-range jumper from the baseline off the catch. She also had some nice moves in the low post which produced a couple of buckets.

Ally Prentzler (Glasgow): A hard-working forward who does all of the little things to help her team to a third-place finish. She has a good feel and understanding of how to play. She defends and rebounds and she was always in the right position. She always seemed to be around the ball. She made some nice touch passes that led to easy shots for teammates.
