Ava is an emerging power forward for Bountiful with the tools to become a foundational piece in their frontcourt. She has the size and athleticism to play above the rim and make an impact on both ends of the floor. Right now, much of her work comes with her back to the basket, where she's comfortable using her frame to finish inside. As her ball-handling and confidence attacking off the dribble continue to develop, her effectiveness at the varsity level will rise quickly. Once those pieces come together, she'll be a tough matchup and an easy player to build lineups around.

Sadie has joined a strong, veteran-heavy Cedar Valley roster, which has limited her varsity minutes early due to a demanding preseason schedule. Even in those opportunities, her feel for the game stands out — she reads the floor well, knows when to attack or distribute, and can get by defenders off the bounce. As the season progresses and rotations tighten, those instincts and decision-making skills should help her carve out a role as an impactful contributor for the Aviators.

Amelia is an emerging talent who hasn't yet seen consistent varsity minutes due to Ridgeline's deep and experienced roster. As she continues to get comfortable in expanded roles on the floor, her confidence and impact are starting to show. She's most effective around the rim, where she plays with natural touch and presence, but her progression as an outside shooter is opening up her game. As those pieces come together, expect her varsity opportunities to grow, especially as she moves into her sophomore season.

Maple Mountain is loaded with talent, but when Sara has earned minutes, she's made it clear she belongs. Her size immediately impacts the game on both ends, making her difficult to score over and just as hard to keep off the glass. She can get off the floor and has shown rebounding performances of 13 boards in a game. As veteran pieces move on, her role will continue to expand, and with added strength and physical development, her next-level potential will rise as well. How her game evolves over the next stretch will be worth tracking closely.

Cam hasn't yet had the opportunity to fully showcase her potential within a loaded Lehi rotation filled with experienced veterans, but the tools are clearly there. When her chance comes, she has the makeup to become a cornerstone on both ends of the floor — a player who can impact the game defensively while growing into an offensive option as well. Her youth won't be a limitation; it will be an asset as she continues to develop within a high-level system and earns her place in the rotation.
