The Class of 2028 is still young and early in the evaluation process. These are college prospect rankings, not a list of the best high school players. Most of the movement in this update is based on early offers, skill level, and projecting college athleticism and frame, including speed, strength, and size. High school success has some consideration, but it carries less weight at this stage. Film, live evaluations, and conversations with college coaches, AAU directors, and high school coaches helped shape this update and identify which players are starting to stand out.

Below are the 5'6 and under prospects that should be on coaches watch list heading into the AAU season.

Koch is one of those small guards where you do the "if she were a little taller", simply because she shouldn't be looked past due to her frame. Even at 5'2/5'3, Carly knows how to play this game at a strong level. She can score at the rim as well as the mid range, which most smaller players can't do. She can stretch the floor as well, and has no issue with guarding bigger or stronger guards. One of the top players on this Watch List that can crack the top 100 before the end of the summer.

On both ends of the floor, Terry utilizes her size to get it done.
