The Class of 2028 is still young and early in the evaluation process. These are college prospect rankings, not a list of the best high school players. Most of the movement in this update is based on early offers, skill level, and projecting college athleticism and frame, including speed, strength, and size. High school success has some consideration, but it carries less weight at this stage.
Koch is one of those small guards where you do the "if she were a little taller", simply because she shouldn't be looked past due to her frame. Even at 5'2/5'3, Carly knows how to play this game at a strong level. She can score at the rim as well as the mid range, which most smaller players can't do. She can stretch the floor as well, and has no issue with guarding bigger or stronger guards. One of the top players on this Watch List that can crack the top 100 before the end of the summer.

On both ends of the floor, Terry utilizes her size to get it done. Defensively, she's disciplined enough to know when to gamble and when to play strict defense. She has quick hands with solid foot speed. Offensively, she can get to the rim and finish around the contact, and stretch the floor for the 3 ball.

Lee has the heart and aggression as if she's 6'4, and it's amazing to see. The hustle, the force, and the relentlessness that she plays with isn't always the case in today's game. Tight handle, crafty, and can be your main focal point for scoring as well as playmaking. A name to definitely follow into the travel season.

Stowe has had moments this year that show she can score the ball regardless of the size of the defense that's guarding her. From beyond the arc, she has the confidence to take them and can for sure make them. She's been another bright spot for the Libertyville program this year.
Espina is a ball hawk, and on the defensive end, she can throw off an entire game plan due to how active she is.
