Who are the hottest players in the state? The class of 2027 has many talented young ladies that reside in the Louisiana area, and repping there parishes from the backwoods, smaller town schools with history and character and to the schools with them Big city names shinning bright in them big city lights. These young ladies take pride in their basketball skills that they have developed over the course of their time and many hours in the gym and through hard sacrifices. Lentz also reached the significant milestone of scoring over 1,000 points. During the season, Lentz accumulated 506 points, 271 rebounds, 136 assists, 75 steals, and 6 blocks, along with 9 double-doubles.   In her last game, Charley achieved an impressive 29 points, 11 rebounds, 9 assists, and 6 steals. Charley demonstrates the ability to score from various positions and is an exceptional ball handler with excellent court vision. Her leadership skills enable her to excel on the court, making her a formidable opponent to defend. She exhibits strong competitive spirit on both offense and defense, playing the game with significant heart and passion. Furthermore, Charley maintains a commendable 3.40 GPA, demonstrating her dedication to academics. Any program would be fortunate to welcome such a talented individual.     [player_tooltip player_id='907011' first='Jaszaiah' last='Stampley'], wearing number 5 for The Lady Bucs of Broadmoor High School, is an exceptional player who has been demonstrating her skills on the basketball court this year. Jaszaiah recently had a remarkable career night, leading her Lady Bucs to victory on January 10th, 2026. During that game, Jaszaiah scored 29 points, secured 8 rebounds, made 6 steals, and contributed 2 assists. Despite her smaller stature, Jaszaiah possesses a high basketball IQ and plays unselfishly. She is a versatile 3-level scorer, capable of making shots from anywhere on the court, and her ability to drive to the rim and utilize her footwork to reach the basket is truly impressive. Jaszaiah consistently gives her best effort on the court and has the confidence to help guide her team to wins. She is also a very vocal player, and her passion is evident in her style of play.     [player_tooltip player_id='943355' first='Madison' last='Anderson'], who is currently ranked third in her position and thirty-fifth in the state, plays small forward and power forward for Woodlawn-B.R. High School, wearing number 33. In her last game, she performed her role effectively on the court, achieving an impressive double-double to conclude the night. Madison scored 11 points, secured 15 rebounds, and recorded 7 blocked shots. Her performance was instrumental in helping her team secure a victory over Ponchatoula. Madison is a formidable presence on the court, capable of dominating the paint. She is a physically strong player who consistently competes for possession under the rim on both offense and defense. Madison understands her role and does not attempt to exceed her capabilities, demonstrating a clear awareness of her strengths.     [player_tooltip player_id='943308' first='Caroline' last='Bradley'], who is currently ranked number 1 in the state and also holds the top rank in her position, delivered an outstanding performance by scoring 50 points, successfully making 7 out of 7 shots from beyond the 3-point line. She also secured 17 rebounds, achieved 3 steals, and contributed 5 blocks, all without any turnovers. Caroline was perfect from the free throw line, sinking all 5 attempts, and maintained an impressive 90.5 field goal percentage. Caroline is an elite player who also represented USA basketball 16U last year, helping the national team secure a gold medal at the 2025 FIBA U16 Women's AmeriCup in Irapuato, Mexico. Caroline is a Division 1 caliber player, eagerly awaiting an opportunity with a suitable program. In her most recent game, she demonstrated exceptional skill by scoring 22 points, securing 8 rebounds, and distributing 5 assists to her teammates. Furthermore, her defensive prowess was evident with 5 blocks. Kaylie is a formidable presence on both offense and defense, showcasing her elite talent and promising a very bright future in the sport.
