Winter Rankings Update: 2028 New Additions Part 2

These are the newest additions to the 2028 class. <a href="https://prepgirlshoops.com/dakotas/rankings/north-dakota-rankings/2028-rankings/">FULL 2028 RANKINGS - CLICK ME!</a>    I am impressed with Ava and see a lot of potential in her due to her height and athleticism. She has a really strong base and is just beginning to learn how to leverage her body for position near the basket. She has long arms that are disruptive defensively. Her length allows her to pursue offensive rebounds and keep possessions alive. Ava is a prospect I will be watching going forward.     Harris is a well-known name in the [program_tooltip program_id='712656' first='Mandan' last=''] area.  Hadley is another Harris that will be a quality player for the Braves.  She is playing a lot of minutes as a sophomore and doing a lot of things well on the court.  She is currently leading the team in total assists.  She is very steady with the ball and makes good decisions with her passing.  She is able to get deep into the lane and make the nice pass to a shot ready teammate.  She is a steady defender with quick feet and is really good in their full-court press.     Talley is a nice reserve guard for [program_tooltip program_id='712656' first='Mandan' last='']. She comes in and plays her role well. She seems to have great fundamentals. I noticed she always catches the ball and immediately puts it into triple threat. She drives hard to the basket and has the ability to get to the free-throw line. She is struggling a bit from the field but she has a nice looking shot. I anticipate this will improve as the season progresses.     Peyton is an excellent player for the Titans and got her first taste of varsity action last season as a ninth grader.  She was a quality role player last season, averaging 3.3 points per game and 2.1 rebounds per game.  I anticipate those numbers rising this season with a bigger role.  She is an athletic guard who is one of the best runners on the floor any given night.  She is excellent in transition and puts pressure on defenses with her high motor and lane running ability.  She has terrific fundamentals and boxes out each time a shot goes up.     Ivy is an excellent athlete just like her older sister Liza.  She has a great role model in Liza in what it means to work hard on your game.  Ivy is a role player on this current Kindred team but will need to take on bigger roles as she grows in the program.  She has the tools to be a main piece in the future with her athletic ability and hard work.  She is a great defender and rebounder.  She sees the floor well and makes great decisions with her passing in the half-court.  Her scoring numbers will come with time.     Kate is another great role player. She looks taller and plays bigger than her 5'7 listed height. I can tell she is a coachable athlete by the way she plays defense in the half-court. She is in stance, moves on the pass, drops down when the ball is on the opposite side, tags bigs that cut down to the block, and closes back out when the ball is reversed back to her side. She is a big reason Kindred's 1-3-1 zone works so well. She is a capable screener and catches passes with two hands, limiting turnovers for her team. She is a solid contributor for her team.
