Alexa was a first-team all-conference selection for Billerica. The guard has great size and length, making her a disruptor on defense who can contest shots and create turnovers. On offense she is versatile—able to knock down the three or attack the basket off the dribble. As a freshman earning first-team honors, Alexa made an immediate impact and will be one to watch as she continues to develop her game.

Giuliana was a standout for Methuen this season. Shoutout to my fellow Ranger for her first-team all-conference selection. She is a strong three-point shooter and can score using good footwork, including step-backs. She also finishes in the paint, creates off the dribble, and plays with a high level of IQ.

Lily earned second-team all-conference honors. I've written about her before, and this award is a testament to the player she is and the potential she has. She plays with great pace, can make tough shots, and is a strong playmaker with good IQ. Defensively, she is active and able to contest shooters and rebound.

Jeneasia is a playmaker for Lowell. The second-team MVC all conference player has a great three-point shot. She is able to score off the dribble with a hesitation move, pull-up or drive in the paint. She is a big reason her team finished the regular season 17-3 and were the MVC2 Champions.

Addie was a second-team all-conference selection for Central Catholic. She can shoot the three, rebound, and score in multiple ways. Against Burlington, she finished with 21 points and 7 rebounds. In Central Catholic's first-round tournament win against Revere, she added 10 points and 7 rebounds. Addie has shown the ability to produce in meaningful games and is a player with upside to watch moving forward.

Brooke was Chelmsford's leading scorer as a freshman and earned second-team all-conference honors. She can score in a variety of ways, using a strong handle that includes a spin move into a pull-up or a drive to the basket. She shoots well both off the dribble and beyond the arc on the catch. Brooke also has great size for her position which makes her versatile defensively and gives her an advantage on both ends of the floor. She's fun to watch and will be exciting to follow as she continues to grow her game.
