Bulldogs Bit Back- Red River Avenges January Loss

On February 3rd, 2026, the Red River High School Lady Bulldogs hosted the Many High School Lady Tigers in a very competitive district game. In their initial district encounter of the season, held on January 16, 2026, the Many Lady Tigers had previously defeated the Red River Lady Bulldogs with a final score of 39 to 33. In this second meeting, it was evident that the Red River Lady Bulldogs were eager for a victory and determined to emerge triumphant. During the tip-off, the Many Lady Tigers gained possession of the ball. In the first quarter, both teams displayed intense effort, maintaining a close score. By the second quarter, the Red River Lady Bulldogs began to outscore the Lady Tigers, concluding the quarter with a score of Red River 33 - 17 Many. The Red River Lady Bulldogs dominated the third quarter, excelling in both scoring and rebounding against the Many Lady Tigers. In the fourth and final quarter, the Many Lady Tigers made a valiant effort to rally and score points, but it ultimately proved insufficient. She achieved 27 points, secured over 10 rebounds, and contributed 2 blocks, in addition to several steals, in her game against the Many Lady Tigers. This performance marked Kaleah's 20th double-double for the season. Furthermore, she reached significant career milestones, surpassing 1,000 points and 800 rebounds. It is particularly noteworthy that she is only a junior, and she is poised to continue building her legacy at Red River High School. Kaleah, standing at 6 feet 1 inch, possesses the ability to handle the ball when necessary, but her robust physique and height provide her with a distinct advantage in the paint, where she excels at rebounding and securing second-chance opportunities. From the free-throw line, Kaleah was successful on 6 of 8 attempts for the night. Kaleah is an athlete who would be a valuable asset to any program at the next level.     [player_tooltip player_id='1231832' first='Morgan' last='Housley'], wearing jersey number 2, plays point guard for the Lady Bulldogs of Red River High School. Although currently unranked in our system, Morgan is a crucial component of the Red River High School team. In a recent game, Morgan scored 7 points, including 4 points in the paint and one successful shot from beyond the 3-point line. Morgan effectively fulfilled her role, scoring when opportunities arose in the lanes or open spaces, and demonstrated good off-ball movement and ball-handling skills. Her defensive performance was particularly impressive, as she secured several steals and maintained an energetic pace throughout the game.     Ahmauriyeh Demease, wearing jersey number 1, is a shooting guard for the Lady Bulldogs of Red River High School. She is currently an unranked player in our system. Ahmauriyeh is a graceful player who maintains composure on the court while consistently giving her best effort. During the game, she successfully made one long-range shot, which was her only basket of the night, despite other attempts. Ahmauriyeh possesses a high-arc shot that is challenging to block. She also demonstrates excellent ball-handling skills and a strong understanding of the game. Ahmauriyeh is a formidable player who can both score and play defense, and she has the potential to develop significantly within a program if given the opportunity.     Allie Payne, a senior, plays as a shooting guard for the Many High School Lady Tigers, wearing jersey number 13. While Allie is currently unranked in our system and database, she is a formidable asset to her team, consistently making three-point shots from well beyond the arc. Her exceptional ability to shoot from long range distinguishes her from her teammates; she is a sharpshooter who remains composed whether she is open or under pressure. In a game against the Red River Lady Bulldogs, she successfully made 3 three-pointers, and in the preceding game, she scored 5 three-pointers. Allie also excels as a softball player, which is her primary sport, but she is equally talented on the basketball court and on the field. Any program seeking a skilled shooter that would also allow her to participate in both sports would find her to be an excellent addition.
