Dominant 2027 Scorers Flying Under-the-Radar

Having the ability to score at will means absolutely nothing unless you can do it consistently and efficiently. Bella has been on a HEATER lately, including two back-to-back 40pt games last week. She is averaging nearly 30 a game and seems to be getting into a zone at the perfect time of the year. Bella has failed to register 20 or more points only one time this season! Her ability to create her own shot stands out. She is a natural at drawing fouls and getting to the line. Bella plays with passion and a confidence level that is flat-out contagious. She can pull from the volleyball line. She can also score a flurry of baskets in transition. The 1,000 point career scorer has been getting it done since her freshman year (16.4 ppg), so the peak we are currently witnessing should be a surprise to no one.     Madeline is having a sensational season for the 20-4 Golden Eagles. Her long strides and quick 1st step allow her to get into the paint at will. When she gets there, what follows is typically a made layup, foul, or both. Madeline has the athleticism and body control to hang in the air and make contested layups. She is able to slash and sliver her way to the basket with a plethora of crossovers, spin moves, and euros. Madeline has clearly worked on her game in the offseason, displaying ample growth and confidence to consistently score on all 3 levels. She is way more aggressive on the offensive end while still being efficient. She has scored in double figures every single game this year! Madeline is also a willing passer with a solid all-around game. Her breakout year is nowhere near finished. Del Oro will be a very dangerous team in the Sac-Joaquin Sectional playoffs.     The cool, calm, and collected Shekinah Shaw continues to dominate across the board for the 25-1 Golden Hawks. Team leader in scoring, assists, rebounds, steals, and blocks! She has shown noticeable improvement as a consistent scorer game-in, game-out in comparison to last year. Shekinah is now a walking 20 who will also dish out 5 or 6 assists. Reliable free throw shooter and a legit 3-level scorer. Has a nice stroke with ability to make shots off-the-catch and dribble. Her length and basketball IQ is a headache for opposing guards on both ends. She uses her wingspan and quick hands to poke the ball free on defense. Shekinah plays at her own pace. You can't speed her up or slow her down. What makes her even more dangerous as a scorer is elite court vision to find open teammates.     Auburn is another 1,000 point scorer on this list who has been lighting it up all season long. 7 games with 30+ points, along with remarkable consistency from start-to-finish. How does she get it done? Auburn makes things happen with the ball in her hands. When she doesn't have the ball, she can spot up with the best-of-the-best (great balance and shooting mechanics). Auburn is very crafty in the lane. She has the strength and body control to take the bump and finish in traffic. Her floaters and pull-ups keep defenders on edge because she is a threat from every spot on the floor. The combination of her slashing and shooting ability make her a very tough cover.     Lenzy is having a breakout year, averaging nearly 23 a game (more than doubling her scoring output as a sophomore). A common theme with this group is consistency, and Lenzy has been the perfect example of just that. 19 games on the year with 20 or more points! She can really get it going from long-range when she has a hot hand. Legit combo guard who moves very well off-the-ball. She regularly takes and makes 3s from well beyond the arc. Lenzy has the ability to burn you all game long if the closeout is late. She is also a tough, physical guard who excels going downhill. Expect her to put on a show throughout the playoffs.
