Players who have been overlooked and underappreciated despite years of consistent production, development, and impact. Their skill sets are proven through performance, resilience, and competitive growth. These are five prospects who have spent their high school careers showing they belong at the next level, and why it may be time for college coaches to take a closer look.

As Ragland enters the final stretch of her senior season, most questions surrounding her game have already been answered. The only one that remains is simple: why has she not yet been signed? A walking double-double, Ragland uses every inch of her 6'2” frame, to dominate on both ends of the floor. Her post game is anchored by polished footwork. While possessing a reliable mid-range touch. The above mentioned skillet is complimented by textbook rebounding technique that allows her to control possessions.

Currently averaging 19 points and 10 rebounds per game for a 20-1 Grafton High School squad. Ragland has proven to be a consistent and impactful force capable of taking over a game. A standout performance against 6'9” Abuna Ruop further showcased her value. Holding Ruop to just six points while delivering 21 points and 12 rebounds of her own. The performance solidified Raglands reputation as a dominant post player. Whichever program signs Ragland will be signing a player with the ability to contribute the moment she steps on campus.

When describing [player_tooltip player_id='376326' first='Lauren' last='Priester'], the phrase “quicker than a hiccup” immediately comes to mind. A score-first point guard with a dynamic attacking mindset. Priester is projected to surpass 1,800 career points by the time the final horn sounds on her high school career. Armed with an explosive first step and a fearless approach to attacking the rim, she has the ability to ignite an offense with her pace, pressure, and scoring instincts.

Defensively her speed plays a significant factor. Whether it's creating turnovers with her busy hands. Slipping into traffic to secure rebounds among bigger players, or turning defense into immediate offense, she consistently plays with urgency and purpose. Her ability to push the break finishing herself or creating opportunities for teammates makes her a constant threat and a catalyst for winning basketball.

I've said it before, and it bears repeating. Carter can go. A defensive bulldog with next-level versatility. Possessing the tools to play either the point or off-guard at the collegiate level. Strong enough to overpower smaller guards and rebound, yet quick and disciplined enough to defend the perimeter. Carter brings a physical edge that impacts every possession.

Where Carter truly separates herself is in the intangibles. A natural leader and true floor general. Combining a blue-collar work ethic with high-level basketball IQ. Consistently doing the things that don't always show up in the box score, but directly influence winning.

Paiz is the definition of a set-it-up and knock-it-down guard. A player who thrives in creating opportunities for teammates while remaining a constant scoring threat herself. Whether feeding the post with precision or lighting defenses up from the perimeter with accurate shooting. She forces opponents to respect every option on the floor.

What makes Paiz especially dangerous is her ability to find scoring windows in multiple ways. Within the flow of the offense, in transition, or creating off the dribble, she consistently finds space and capitalizes. A smart mover without the ball and a confident shooter when given daylight. Paiz embodies the type of hidden gem who quietly impacts games until defenses realize it's already too late.

When you share the floor with a roster loaded with ranked underclassmen. It would be easy and understandable to fade into the background. [player_tooltip player_id='848470' first='Caroline' last='Casady'] has chosen the opposite approach. Rather than taking a backseat, Casady finds ways to take over and impact winning.

Capable of scoring within the flow of the offense while embracing the physical side of the game through gritty, hard-earned rebounds. Casady thrives in the details that elevate a team. Her length and athleticism allow her to defend multiple positions and battle effectively in the post, giving Catholic a versatile presence on both ends of the floor. Night after night, Casady proves that impact isn't always about headlines sometimes it's about doing everything necessary to tilt the game in your team's favor.

Signing day, does not signify the end. It signifies a shift in focus, and while focus shifts and the vision for a program becomes clear, the five players mentioned above deserve to be in the sight line of college programs nationwide.
