<p>We're down to the final stretch of regular-season play. The OSAA rankings freeze date for 5A is on March 4. Here are my Top 12 in 5A going into Week 13:</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">1. Springfield (21-2, 10-0)</h3>

<p>Springfield dominated Thurston 57-23 and Ashland 79-14. The Millers can clinch the league title with a win against North Eugene on Tuesday. Then they go to Crater for a Midwestern showdown on Friday. Springfield defeated Crater 72-52 in the first round.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">2. West Albany (17-5, 12-1)</h3>

<p>West Albany went on a nonleague sidequest to defeat Marist Catholic 64-44 and returned to league play to dominate Lebanon 76-41. In the game against the Warriors, junior [player_tooltip player_id='832050' first='Payton' last='Starwalt'] surpassed Oregon's all-time single-season three-point record for 5A. The Bulldogs have three league games remaining and can clinch the Mid-Willamette Conference with two more wins. They host Woodburn on Tuesday and go to Central on Friday. West Albany hosts Dallas on March 3 to wrap its regular season play.</p>

<p>South Albany routed Woodburn 68-14 and dominated Dallas 61-38. The RedHawks host No. 7 Silverton on Tuesday for an MWC showdown that could decide second place. The Foxes are ahead in the standings, but the RedHawks have a game in hand. South Albany hosts Corvallis on Friday and Lebanon on March 3 for their last game of the regular season.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">4. Redmond (21-1, 10-0)</h3>

<p>Redmond is the Intermountain Conference champion. They took care of business with high-scoring, high-margin victories against Caldera (81-28) and Bend (87-33). The Lady Panthers go to Mountain View on Tuesday and host No. 9 Crook County on March 3 for their last game of the regular season.</p>

<p>Crater defeated Eagle Point 68-36. They host No. 1 Springfield for a Midwestern League showdown on Friday, their final game of the regular season. Crater can earn a share of the league title if they win their two remaining games.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">6. Wilsonville (20-3, 14-0)</h3>

<p>Wilsonville routed Hillsboro 75-24 and Milwaukie 91-12. The Wildcats can clinch the league title if they win at Canby on Tuesday. They go to No. 10 La Salle Prep on March 2 for a Northwest Oregon Conference showdown—their final game of the regular season.</p>
