This selected bunch has flown under the radar much of the season, but make no mistake about it... THEY CAN FLAT-OUT HOOP! Let's take a look at what makes these players so special:

[player_tooltip player_id='832358' first='Gina' last='Minichiello'] | Hasbrouck Heights

Despite being one of the state's leading scorers at 22.2 PPG, few publications have chosen to highlight Gina's stellar play. She's on a streak of 17 consecutive double-doubles and has absolutely dominated opponents on the schedule while flying under mainstream radar because Heights isn't a traditional NJ powerhouse. Still, impressive play has guided Aviators to twelve wins, including eight in conference play.

[player_tooltip player_id='1750413' first='Emma' last='Barone'] | Jefferson

The senior floor general possesses strong scoring and playmaking for a smaller Group 2 program in Jefferson. Her contributions whether in points or assists have catapulted her team to a currently undefeated run in the NJAC Freedom. She controls the tempo, organizes the offense and makes her teammates better. Her ability to adapt has been crucial; knows when to slow the game down or push the pace. She only played twelve games this season but averaged a strong 17.3 PPG.

[player_tooltip player_id='601403' first='Angelica' last='Do'] | Leonia

NJ's triple-double queen has flown under the radar her entire career, but she's never lost focus! Her impact for the Lady Lions has been major, averaging 25.6 PPG, 10.7 RPG & 8.5 SPG en-route to eleven trip-dubs in twenty-four games. She's proven she can go off for 30 on any given night and force the defense to work overtime in order to contain her.

[player_tooltip player_id='825463' first='Rhyan' last='Watt'] | West Orange

Rhyan is an aggressive scorer and playmaker featuring near the top of statewide stats. High-level scoring ability has seen her average 18.1 PPG so far this season and guide the W.O. to important wins over Mount St. Dominic, Glen Ridge, Gill St. Bernard's, Immaculate Heart and Bayonne. She surpassed 1,000 points for her career a few week backs and now sets her sights on the big 2-0-0-0 before it's all said and done next season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1750513' first='Vivian' last='Galvis'] | King's Christian

This small guard has been lighting up opponents on the schedule! A relatively unknown program, the Knights play a non-traditional schedule throughout the year and have a star in Vivian! She's scoring the ball at a clip of 13.6 PPG and doing it efficiently, too! She thrives in transition and really turns on the jets to beat defenders down the floor and to the basket.

[player_tooltip player_id='601517' first='Ava' last='Coyle'] | Shore

Fiesty and fiery, Ava knows a thing or two about putting the ball through the hoop! Shore is currently 8-2 in conference play and a big reason for that is her 15.5 PPG average. She has five games with at least 20 points and thrives on the break and from 3. There's no shortage of energy or electricity in her motor!
