<p>[player_tooltip player_id='648207' first='Ashelynn' last='Borunda'] – Lovington Wildcats (Class of 2026)</p>

<p>Borunda was the undisputed go-to scorer and explosive force for Lovington, leading all of 4A with a jaw-dropping 23.8 points per game—the only player in the class averaging over 20 points.</p>

<p>Across 25 games, the 5'9" shooting guard added 6.0 rebounds and 1.8 steals per game. She dominated with the most 20-point games (19) and 30-point games (4), peaking with a 35-point eruption against Chaparral on Jan. 22.</p>

<p>Neal was a stat-sheet stuffer all season, impacting every facet of the game for Highland with her two-way versatility. In 28 games, the 5'8" point-forward averaged 10.7 points, 10.8 rebounds, 5.6 assists, 2.9 steals, and 2.1 blocks per game. She posted 12 double-doubles and one triple-double, reached double figures in 18 games, and notched two 20-point outings with a season-high 21 against Eldorado on Jan. 9.</p>

<p>Bishop's ability to score at all three levels while defending multiple positions made her a matchup nightmare. In 27 games for the Huskies, the 6'0" small forward averaged 15.9 points, 6.6 rebounds, 1.0 assist, and 4.2 steals per game. She tallied six double-doubles, six 20-point games, and reached double figures in 23 contests, exploding for a season-high 42 points on Jan. 15.</p>

<p>Dunn seamlessly adjusted in her first season with the Chargers, forming part of Academy's Big 3 that powered them to the 4A-6 regular-season district championship. Across 25 games, the towering 6'6" center averaged 14.6 points, 10.9 rebounds, 1.6 assists, 1.6 steals, and a staggering 5.2 blocks per game. She recorded 13 double-doubles and two triple-doubles, with 22 double-figure games and seven 20-point outings. Her season-high was 27 points against Sandia Prep on Jan. 15.</p>

The 5'11" power forward was the focal point for Gallup, finishing second in District 1 but entering the postseason red-hot. With Tsosie leading the way, the Bengals are poised to defend their 4A state championship title and make another deep run.</p>
