<p>March Madness is upon us at the collegiate level as the NCAA Tournament begins this week. Prep Girls Hoops Missouri takes a look at a group of former standout players from the state who are participating in the tournament.</p>

<p>Bella Fontleroy (Baylor): The former Kickapoo standout has been a steady force for the Bears throughout her career. The 6'0" senior forward is currently averaging 9.0 points and 5.7 rebounds while playing 25 minutes a game. She is also one of the top defensive players in the Big XII Conferencen.</p>

<p>Allie Turner (Gonzaga): The former John Burroughs standout helped lead the Zags to the West Coast Conference tournament championship. The 5'9" sophomore point guard is averaging 14.4 points, 2.5 rebounds and 3.5 assists a game while shooting an impressive 46 percent from 3-point range.</p>

<p>Mia Nicastro (Western Illinois): The former St. Charles West standout was the Player of the Year in the Ohio Valley Conference. The 6'2" senior forward averaged 24.2 points and 9.9 rebounds while shooting 52 percent from the field and 38 percent from 3-point range. She established herself as one of the nation's top players among mid-major schools.</p>

<p>Kaemyn Bekemeier (Missouri State): The former Republic High standout led the Lady Bears to the Conference USA Tournament championship. The 5'9" junior guard averaged 17.4 points and 8.3 rebounds to lead the Lady Bears in both categories. She also shot 34 percent from 3-point range.</p>

<p>Mallory Shetley (Western Illinois): The former Sullivan High standout was the Most Valuable Player of the OVC Tournament after averaging 23 points a game in WIU's two victories. The 6'0" senior forward is averaging 10.7 points and 3.9 rebounds a game while shooting nearly 50 percent from the field.</p>

<p>JaNyla Bush (Missouri State): A 5'3" freshman guard from Vashon High who led the Wolverines to a state championship as a junior. In 16 games, she is averaging three points a game while seeing 15 minutes of action per game for the Lady Bears.</p>

<p>Brylee Glenn (Minnesota): A former Barstow standout who is having a solid season with the Golden Gophers. She is averaging six points, three rebounds and two assists a game.</p>

<p>Ashton Judd (Texas): The former West Plains standout is finishing her career with the powerful Longhorns team after an excellent run at Mizzou. She has played in 21 games while averaging three points and four rebounds </p>

<p>Addi Brownfield (Western Illinois): The former Boonville High standout was a key player in the Leathernecks run to the OVC championship. The 5'9" senior guard is averaging 12.6 points, six rebounds and three assists while shooting 45 percent from the field and 40 percent from 3-point range.</p>
