Stock Risers From The 2026 Class

From the time they were freshmen, you could see how special this group of talented athletes would be. How they displayed tremendous work ethic, soaked up coaching, and applied it to the game, you saw many young women not only get better but also become record-breakers, champions, and truly help elevate the game of basketball in the state of Tennessee.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>So many accolades are due to this class. However, I would like to point out that it's not about where you start, but it's how you finish. You may have been the 10th,11th, or 12th girl on the roster. You may have been a starter from Day 1. Winning the state was just one accomplishment, but setting a standard for her program to follow is another. Despite her height, she showed up every day and put in the necessary work. She grinded her way throughout her career and accomplished so much throughout her time in high school. She elevated her play and those around her. There is so much more to her game other than scoring. Add leadership, being a great teammate, and being a solid student-athlete to the equation. This young lady played with confidence and just elevated her game, no matter who the opponent was. Didn't matter what the assignment was, she went out there and gave it her all, finding ways to help her squad obtain wins. She put in extra time in the gym and ended up totaling a lot of unforeseen hours. With that came a lot of success and accolades. A smart student-athlete who is a heady floor general, she showed up consistently and delivered for her club. She scored points, defended the other team's top player, but what I love about her game the most was her ability to facilitate the rock so others could score. She's in the gym working on her game all the time, and it shows. She embodies the phrase “ Team over me” and is willing to do whatever it takes to help her team win. She thrives at whatever role she is given, and shows up and shows out every time she steps onto the floor. She can be your leading scorer or lead in another statistical category. Doesn't matter what it is; she impacts the game, and her contributions are felt all the time. Her journey has been immaculate as she has put in a lot of hard work. From getting in the gym working to work on her game to competing against some tough opponents, she rose to the occasion, giving her team a fighting chance each and every night.
