The standout sophomore put up impressive numbers for Frontier High School (18ppg, 7rpg, 3.5spg). Her impact translated to wins (23-6 overall record). How does she get it done? Rizelle gets into the paint at will. Elite downhill slasher who can handle the rock against ball pressure. She understands how to draw contact and get to the line. Moves very well off-the-ball. Tenacious in-your-face defender who creates chaos in the full-court press.Rizelle is a legit 2-way combo guard who can play on and off-the-ball.     [player_tooltip player_id='1814599' first='Noa' last='Pena'] is one of the best kept secrets in the 2028 class. Over 21 points per game as a freshman AND sophomore. The 2x Heritage League MVP is already a 1,000 point career scorer. Emerging all-around guard who checks all the boxes. Her playmaking ability continues to show noticeable improvement. Noa had a nice showing at The Grand Opening last weekend. Good touch around the basket. Creates for herself and others at a high level. Gets to the line and makes her free throws at a high clip. Versatile combo guard who is poised for a huge summer.     Talia led Pilibos in points, assists, and steals this year! Big-game performer with the confidence and basketball IQ of a seasoned senior. Talia operates well out of the pick-and-roll. She is a threat inside and outside the arc. High-motor guard who displays good burst with the ball in her hands. As a freshman, Talia led Pilibos with 13 points in the CIF SS Division 4A championship. This was the first CIF championship in school history! Talia has the ability to take the game over as a scorer or facilitator.     Say hello to the UNANIMOUS Eastern League Player of the Year! Gianna followed up her impressive freshman season with 16.5 ppg and 3.5 spg as a sophomore! 13 games on the year with 20+ points. How does she get it done? The dynamic 2-way guard is a strong finisher around the rim. If you let her get comfortable on the perimeter, she has the ability to catch fire from long-range. Two triple doubles on the year, including a 21pt, 10 reb, 6 assists, 11 steals masterpiece! Gianna is willing to do whatever it takes to win the game.     LONG-RANGE SNIPER ALERT! Lulu is an elite spot-up shooter who can also put the ball on the floor. Quick release, deep range. Her ability to spread the floor opens the game up for everyone else. Lulu is far from one-dimensional. She finishes strong around the rim. Displays a quick 1st step to routinely beat her defender off-the-dribble. Lulu runs the floor and gets easy baskets in transition. Elite 3&D prospect with an emerging all-around game.     All-league 1st team in the Southcoast League as a sophomore! Aksharaa displays very good burst with the ball in her hands. Legit 3 level scorer who can create her own shot at a high level. The floater is automatic. Uses the body bump well to get her shot off and initiate contact in the paint. Aksharaa can spot-up and shoot off-the-dribble. Sees the floor well and flourishes in transition as a scorer and passer. Alina is a lightning quick guard with a very highest basketball IQ. Her speed is an absolute game changer on both ends. Elite ball hawk with excellent anticipation to jump passing lanes to perfection. Alina forces turnovers at a high rate. This leads to several fastbreak opportunities for her team throughout the course of a game. Alina has shown flashes of being a prolific, efficient shotmaker. Fearless guard who impacts winning at a high level. She is also a 2025 FIBA silver medalist with Armenia.     Lilly has the frame and skillset that screams potential! High-upside guard who will breakout sooner rather than later. Lilly plays at her own pace. Great touch from the mid-range. Her quick 1st step and long strides allow her to get into the paint at will. She is able to create separation with the ball in her hands. Finishes with either hand around the rim. A lot to like in this long combo guard poised for a huge summer.
