The Prep Girls Hoops Oregon class of 2028 rankings update dropped on Tuesday. Here are four newly added forwards who impressed this season:

[player_tooltip player_id='1822917' first='Isira' last='Jablonski'] is a lean and lengthy forward who showed excellent potential inside in the PIL, earning an All-League Second Team honor this season. The 6-foot-3 sophomore transferred from Jesuit to her neighborhood school, Grant, where she said she had a special experience playing under new coach and former WNBA player Ashley Walker — the two share the same position. Jablonski used her size advantage in the post in the PIL, and said she enjoyed the challenge of going up against strong bigs like [player_tooltip player_id='1013457' first='Jayla' last='Lackey'], a dominant power forward who is a rival during the high school season and now a club teammate with ML20 this offseason. Jablonski is always working on getting stronger and more dominant in the post, but she's also looking to expand her game to the wing by developing her handles, distance shooting, and ability to drive. She will sharpen her skills on the Power 24 circuit this spring and summer.

[player_tooltip player_id='1822948' first='Dulce' last='Cleeland'] is an athletic 6-foot power forward with good movement and a strong frame. The multisport athlete also excels on the softball field. After sitting out her freshman season due to injury, Cleeland came out strong her sophomore year. She ran the floor and went to work inside on both ends. She's physical in the post, scores around the rim, and is a good passer. She's also a strong rebounder and post defender. Cleeland and high school teammate [player_tooltip player_id='1013188' first='Ceanna' last='Forney'] should continue to be a dangerous frontcourt duo for Jesuit next year.

[player_tooltip player_id='1822955' first='Tamara' last='Kosso-Quaye'] has nice length and was a spark off the bench inside for West Salem her sophomore year. She was named to the Central Valley Conference Second Team. Kosso-Quaye plays tenacious defense inside and out, wins 50/50s, and is a strong rebounder. She cleans up the offensive glass and consistently gets to the line. Kosso-Quaye was instrumental in helping the Titans win the league title, but was unable to compete in the playoffs due to an apparent knee injury. The power forward should play a key role inside for West Salem in her junior year.

Sophomore [player_tooltip player_id='1822872' first='Saylor' last='Zimmerman'] is a strong rebounder and finisher around the rim for Crescent Valley. The 5-foot-11 forward has a strong frame and plays with a controlled physicality inside on both ends. She moves and cuts well, posts up, and can put the ball on the floor for tough takes from the elbow. Zimmerman connected well with high school teammate and combo guard [player_tooltip player_id='841858' first='Josie' last='Mansfield'] in the pick-and-roll action. Both players should be back to play for the Raiders next season.
