PGH Southeast Kickoff: 16U Playmakers

I am going to focus my attention to the 16u age group that I saw play. Mazie is a solid point guard that is a floor general. She does a nice job of penetrating and pitching to open teammates. Parker is also able to knock down the three point shot. Harper is good in the open court with the ball. She is able to make plays in transition. Sidney is the main ball handler for her team and uses her dribbling skills to get past defenders to set up the offense and also make plays. She has a nice floater in the paint that she uses to create points. Autry is a three-level scorer that can put the ball in the basket at a high level. She finds ways to be crafty and shifty as she attacks the rim. Her quickness and acceleration find her easy paths to the basket.
