2028s Rising Performances - AAU Mid-Season

As we make it halfway through club season, we look at some 2028 players who have started to show that their game is developing.   <h2 class="wp-block-heading">[program_tooltip program_id='1292942' first='E5' last='Select']</h2>   [player_tooltip player_id='889503' first='Zoe' last='Rockenfield'] and [player_tooltip player_id='873330' first='Blakelie' last='Davies'] have been a fun duo to watch throughout the spring season, consistently complementing each other on the floor. Both bring a dual-threat ability, capable of knocking down perimeter shots or finding each other with smart passes when defenses collapse. Blakelie, especially, has continued to show that small-town basketball can absolutely rise to the level of top competition.   Add in the game of [player_tooltip player_id='952618' first='Meg' last='Rawson'], and this group becomes a trio that keeps improving with every tournament. Their chemistry has continued to develop, and together they've proven they can compete and make an impact against high-level programs.   Their spring performances have been another reminder that talent can come from anywhere, and small-town players are more than capable of stepping onto a bigger stage and delivering. Elise built her reputation this past year with her defense, but her offensive confidence has started to catch up. Her pressure defensively creates disruption all over the floor, and she's consistently one of the first players sprinting in transition.   Addison has continued to prove she's a force when the ball is in her hands. She attacks with strength, powers through defenses to get to the rim, and fights through traffic to come away with possessions and rebounds. Her toughness and ability to create offense off the drive give her significant upside, and she has the kind of tools that could translate well to the next level as her game continues to develop. Emersyn, in particular, should start drawing serious attention because of how adaptable her game is. She's the kind of fit-anywhere player who can impact multiple roles on the floor and make winning plays regardless of the situation. Kaycee is no stranger to winning after being part of Kanab's successful season, and she's transitioned well from 2A basketball into high-level national competition. She's shown she can compete regardless of the stage.   Mollee has also handled the jump in competition well, playing up against strong Division I-level talent. Her feel for the game stands out, as she reads the floor well, takes care of the ball, and stays patient and composed even under pressure.
