Countdown To The Live Viewing Period Begins

If I had a crystal ball, I would predict that coming out of this viewing period, we will have plenty of girls who will get offers to play at the next level. Though many do keep their opportunities private, you better believe that we will have kids jump up high on college coaches' radars after this next go-around.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Anyone who knows me understands that I enjoy seeing girls from our state go compete at the next level. It's a testament to their hard work, their coaches, trainers, and parents, all of whom have poured into them along this sensational journey. When they step onto the floor at the next level, it's like a cumulative of life's work as they used basketball as a tool to open up another door. Talent is what we have in this state, ladies and gentlemen. Plays with great court vision; she is a playmaker who can score the rock at all three levels and distribute the ball to her teammates, allowing them to score with ease. She's selfless. Someone who can use her creativity to get to favorable spots. Anytime she is on the floor, she is a difference maker. Her game has grown over the past couple of years. She is a combo guard who can score playing on or off the ball. When she is on a burner, she is hard to slow down. A kid who can slash to the rim or spot up along the perimeter, her contributions to her team are significant. Having a solid school season and now hooping on the travel circuit, her confidence is on an upswing, enabling her game to reach new heights. This kid is solid on both ends of the floor, giving it her all anytime she is in the game. It's not just her scoring ability that stands out, but her selfless style of play that jumps off the charts. Her passing ability is through the roof, and how she incorporates her teammates within the offense is second to none. She's a heady player who competes on both ends of the floor. She's going to make that extra effort to play and do whatever it takes. The one thing I will say, she is as consistent as they come. Each game, she gets better and better, and her presence on the floor makes a world of difference. She's solid, consistent, and gives her best effort no matter the task. She's a heady ballplayer who picks her spots to exploit. She can poke balls loose, get deflections, grab boards, and block shots. She is a difference-maker and always ready to play ball. A three-level scoring threat, anytime the rock is in her hands, she knows just what to do with it: go put it in the hole. Look for her to get some long looks this time around.
