Film Room Session: AC Showcase

Showed great toughness attacking downhill, powering through traffic &amp; finishing through contact at a high rate. Demonstrated a crafty layup package with the ability to adjust angles &amp; finishes around defenders. Showed polished footwork in the low block, dancing around defenders &amp; creating clean scoring angles without rushing possessions. Her disciplined post moves stood out, especially a smooth and effective step-through finish. Created options from the high post both attacking the basket and passing to perimeter shooters after drawing the attention of the defense. Excellent body control &amp; touch finishing through traffic, especially with a strong lefty finish at the rim. Isla's long strides allowed her to get downhill fast and put pressure on the defense in transition &amp; half-court situations. Showed a high motor getting up and down the floor, creating transition opportunities &amp; attacking gaps before the defense could set. Strong 3 ball and high-low game. She didn't force anything or get pushed beyond her pace; allowed the game to come naturally while remaining effective within the flow of the team.
