Don't know these 2A-4 All-State Returners? Get with the program.

The 2027 and 2028 rankings are filled with talent from the 2A-4 conference, but perhaps none better than these stars.    Acorn had a great season in 2025/26, and they were led by [player_tooltip player_id='1093351' first='Josey' last='Dollar'], who will be one of the best 2A players in the 2027 class this coming year.   Dollar is having a great offseason, as she is getting buckets with the Arkansas Warriors. She averaged 11 points per game during the Heart of Texas tournament in May.   During the regular season, Dollar was stuffing stat sheets. One of her best performances was against Ouachita, where she logged 27 points, 4 boards, 3 steals, and 1 block. Every game she plays, she proves she can score from anywhere. Dollar is a great outside shooter and can create off the dribble, but she also gets into the lane, generates contact, and finishes through traffic.   [player_tooltip player_id='1093351' first='Josey' last='Dollar'] is an exciting player to watch, and with all of the offers she has coming in, she's going to be a problem this year.     [player_tooltip player_id='1489139' first='Addisyn' last='Ledbetter'] is coming off an all-conference and all-state season with Acorn, and she really made a big difference every time she stepped onto the floor.   Ledbetter had several strong performances during her sophomore campaign. She lit up Life Way Christian in regionals for 25 points, 5 rebounds, 3 assists, and 2 steals. Right before that contest, she put up 21 points, 6 rebounds, 4 assists, and 2 steals versus Hector. She had another 20+ scoring effort earlier in the year when she scored 21 against Booneville.   Ledbetter is a really good outside shooter. She can knock it down off the catch and off the bounce, but she is also a willing playmaker and is always looking to distribute the ball.   [player_tooltip player_id='1489139' first='Addisyn' last='Ledbetter'] broke out this past season, and I think she will be even better in 2026/27.     [player_tooltip player_id='1180579' first='Addison' last='Hill'] continues to impress in her high school career. After averaging around 20 points per game as a freshman, she may have been even better as a sophomore.   Hill eclipsed the 1,000-point mark in her career this past season, thanks to her versatile offensive skillset. From the perimeter, she can knock down any shot off the bounce and catch, regardless of the defense in her way.   This past year, Hill really proved just how great an athlete she is. She crashes the glass with force, and her defensive ability is impressive. Hill has no trouble swatting a shot into the stands or intercepting passes.   [player_tooltip player_id='1180579' first='Addison' last='Hill'] is a great two-way star for Dierks, and she is probably going to be even better this coming year.     [player_tooltip player_id='1091177' first='Raylie' last='Walston'] really stepped up her game this past season, and as a rising senior, she is going to elevate this entire Dierks squad.   Walston had some impressive performances as a junior. One of her better all-around games was against Mountain Pine, where she had 12 points, 9 rebounds, 4 assists, and 3 steals.   Walston is a great offensive player. She is excellent in the open court, beating defenses in transition with her speed and finishing up and over any defender thanks to her athleticism. Walston is a solid 3-point shooter, especially off the catch.   [player_tooltip player_id='1091177' first='Raylie' last='Walston'] provides a lot of value on both ends of the floor, and she is becoming a star.     [player_tooltip player_id='1245026' first='Phoenix' last='Johnson'] has had a great career with Hackett. Now, heading into her senior season, she is prepared to make one last emphatic statement with the Lady Hornets.   Johnson had some strong games as a junior, including a 15-point, 11-rebound, and 3-block performance against Hector in February. Johnson is known for her work all over the court, as she stuffed the stat sheet against Mulberry just a few weeks before, racking up 10 rebounds, 3 assists, 3 steals, and 3 blocks to go along with her 6 points.   Johnson is more than capable of playing as a forward, but her length forces Hackett to play her in the middle. The rising senior locks down the paint, using her long arms to block any shot that comes her way, and dominates the boards.   [player_tooltip player_id='1245026' first='Phoenix' last='Johnson'] is definitely one of the best forwards in the 2A-4, and she could tear it up this coming season.     Aaliyah Ayers is an incredible player for the Horatio Lady Lions, and if the rest of the 2A-4 doesn't already know, they are about to find out the hard way.   This past year, Ayers earned all-conference and all-state honors, as well as her team's offensive MVP, and hit the most 3-pointers on her squad. She had some fantastic performances against teams like Caddo Hills, where she put up 25 points, where she showed off some serious long-range ability.   Ayers has no problem shooting several steps behind the 3-point line, regardless of whether she is shooting off the bounce or off the catch. She has a high-arching 3-point shot with a quick release, and she is never bothered by her defenders' closeouts.   Aaliyah Ayers is definitely going to be ranked soon, and she and Horatio could very well make some noise in the 2A-4 this coming year.     [player_tooltip player_id='1180599' first='Abby' last='Smith'] was outstanding as a freshman with Mansfield, and she kept up that strong play as a sophomore.   Smith can do a bit of everything as a point guard. She is a great playmaker who makes a living facilitating and running the offense. Of course, she can get some buckets on her own, as she cannot be left alone from the perimeter, as she has shown that she can knock triples in a hurry.   On the defensive side of the ball, Smith is going to disrupt the opposition's offensive flow. One of the best outings she had on defense was against Cedarville, where she walked away with 5 steals. Smith also had a great all-around performance, as she put up 4 points, 6 boards, and 6 assists in that contest as well.   [player_tooltip player_id='1180599' first='Abby' last='Smith'] is the type of player who will do whatever it takes for her team to win. But now, after Mansfield's primary scorer has moved on to the collegiate level, Smith's role just got even more important.
