[player_tooltip player_id='913587' first='Valerie' last='Aracena'] is constantly in attack mode on the offensive end. Whether it's off the dribble or off the catch, her mentality never wavers. Valerie can be dangerous in the open floor as well. Her ability to see the floor and push the pace can destroy opposing defenses. Meanwhile, on the other side of the ball, Aracena fights hard on the perimeter. Doing a great job of fighting over screens and playing with high energy. Valerie had a solid showing over the weekend, demonstrating valuable guard skills.

[player_tooltip player_id='1852590' first='Brooke' last='Holiskey'] did an outstanding job stepping up as a secondary ball handler. She plays at her own pace and in control when the ball is in her hands. Holiskey is more than capable of playing moving off the ball, effectively attacking closeouts. When she gets into the paint, she does a good job of keeping her head up and finding teammates open for kickouts. Brooke was also very disruptive as a defender. She's got quick feet and covers ground at a high level. Holiskey is a disciplined defender, which keeps her out of foul trouble. Brooke's versatility as a combo guard is key, and her development should be fun to watch.

Loiacono has the ball on a string as the lead guard on Team Compound. Her handle generates scoring opportunities for her and her teammates. She can create space and get by her defenders with great efficiency. Annalyn is going to do what she has to do to keep her team in the game. She is not afraid to take shots from anywhere on the floor. Her shot is smooth, and she can finish at the rim over length as well. One of her attributes we liked was her vocal leadership on the floor. She's constantly communicating whether it's for strategic reasons or to keep her team's competitive spirit up. Annalyn Loiacono was definitely one of our favorite guards that we got to see this past weekend.

Zoelia Stang plays the game on her terms when she has the ball in her hands. She's always dictating the pace of the possession as a ball handler. As one of the few lefties we saw, she is crafty and can get to the rim with ease. Stang proved to be more than capable of being a dependable self-creation scoring option in the half-court set. Zoelia is a solid shooter on the perimeter as well. She's comfortable getting her shots off no matter the circumstances. What is really enjoyable about her game is that she plays with a mix of finesse and strength, especially as a driver.

Aniyah was one of the better floor-spacing threats throughout the tournament. She actively hunts for her shot when given the opportunity. She has a good feel for when to be in the right areas off the floor. Carrasquillo can fill it up from beyond the arc, especially off the catch. She has a quick release with a high arc to get it over contests from defenders. Aniyah put these abilities on full display in Dreamer Elite's win over Synergy Basketball 15U. Her court awareness combined with her shot-making consistency makes Aniyah Carrasquillo one of the best shooters we saw at the 15U level.
