Defensively, she was tough at the top of the zone- moving her feet well, applying constant pressure, and defending without fouling. Her motor makes her a magnet to the ball, and she was in several 50-50 jump ball tie-ups. When she drew help defenders, again here she would reward post players with accurate finds. She consistently squared her shoulders to the basket to sell shot fakes before weaving though traffic for tough shots. Her footwork and patience allowed her to score in a variety of ways in the paint. She showed a sharp understanding of timing and spacing.
