Wisconsin State Tournament-Notable players

Showing a nice touch, around the hoop, including an assortment of baby hook shots, Milosh is a handful to stop once she establishes deep-post position. Hard to stop with the ball in her hands, Hill had a nice assortment of finishes, often through contact, including a nice step through up-and-under and a tough finish, off of a steal, drawing a foul in the process. Showing a nice all-around game, McCormick showed off a good outside touch knocking down a 22-23 footer then a quick first step in getting down hill, at will, and finishing with a variety of crafty spin moves. The incoming freshman, for Dominican, was a handful for whoever had to guard her. Using her body well, Morris brings a level of physicality with her that you rarely see out of someone her age in getting to the hoop and finishing with contact. As good off of the dribble as she is from deep, Pomrening caught fire once she got warmed up knocking down several 3's, in each game I watched some from a few feet behind the line. Defensively she impressed with active hands resulting in multiple steals and is the type of glue player that a successful program needs.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
