Milosh seems to get better every time I see her and the Expo was no exception. Strength, physicality, and aggressiveness are Milosh’s calling cards and they were on full display along with a savvy scoring touch around the basket and good vision working out of the high post.

The Waterford native is a physical post player who plays with a chip on her shoulder. She’s slightly undersized for a college post, but she makes up for it with her versatility. Milosh can be a fulcrum by making passes out of the post to get her teammates open looks, rebounding, and win hr 50/50 balls around the basket by wanting the ball more than anyone; she fights for the ball with.

The Waterford post player is a physical player who excels at playing around the basket. Milosh is a double-double threat who competes around the basket on both ends of the floor. She brings an edge to the floor that few players have and is willing to set a tone that most players in the country can’t match. She may not have the size some of the eye-catching elite post players in the region possess, but she is a player who has a chip on her shoulder, and it shows on the floor. I enjoy watching her play her role in 3SSB.

Intense, physical player who enjoys contact and does the “dirty work” for her team including setting hard screens and fighting for every rebound. Showing a nice touch, around the hoop, including an assortment of baby hook shots, Milosh is a handful to stop once she establishes deep-post position. Coming off a freshman season, where she averaged a double-double (10.1 ppg and 10.1 rpg), Milosh looks primed to take the next step in her high school career next fall.

The physicality Milosh brings to the frontcourt isn’t common for post players her age. The Waterford native brings an edge to the frontcourt and is a kid who will scrap for extra possessions around the basket. In the long run, she may be slightly undersized for a five. However, with the way she competes in the frontcourt, some programs will love the competitiveness she brings. She is also a player who will grow over the next few seasons.

The Waterford post was a double-double threat every time she stepped on the floor in her first high school season. Milosh is a physical kid who is willing to compete with players four years older than her, and not back down physically, which says a lot about her as a competitor. She’s willing to do a lot of dirty work around the basket and should continue to round out her game over the next few years.

Sophia does a nice job on the offensive glass, able to get position and get her team second shots. Moves pretty well without the ball. One of those players, like most eighth graders where she uses her club team to improve for the next level. Good prospect. (Feature photo above)

Sophia Milosh Sophia Milosh 6'0" | PF Waterford | 2029 State WI was a force this weekend with her 2029 Wisconsin Shooters team. Milosh is a prospect that has solid size and physical ability, helping her dominate the glass on both sides of the court, no matter who is matching up against her. This weekend, Milosh was a beast on the boards. She ended one contest with 10 Points and 12 Rebounds, while finishing with a near double-double in another game with having a game high 16 Rebounds. You can’t fake production once you take the floor and Milosh produces. She is someone that ALWAYS seems to be in the right place at the right time under the hoop and she does a great job of out-playing most others by the basket because of it.
