Southern Middle Tennessee Prospects (Part 2)

After sharpening their skills on the circuit this past season, they will be looked upon heavily to steer the ship as their club gets after it. What I have come to learn about this area is that there is a good stock of kids who just grind away at their craft. They may not be big names, but they are kids who can be solid additions for schools at the next level.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>You will find standout athletes around these parts. Versatile kids who may play two or three sports to help their school out. They may get it done on different playing fields, but when it comes to the hardwood, they are one of the better kids at their school. She can spot up along the perimeter, but also take someone off the bounce and finish at the rim. She is a solid defender. One who is going to stay in front and slow down the opposition. A very selfless kid who knows how to pick her spots to exploit. She has been battle-tested and is willing to do whatever it takes to win. Stays in the lab; this kid is hungry for greatness. This kid is a tough competitor who can knock down shots from multiple spots on the floor. One who brings a “Can do” attitude into the fold, she is out to prove herself every time she steps onto the floor. Playing with her back to the basket, she is able to muscle through the opposition as she owns the low post area. Can stretch the floor out, knocking down both mid-range and perimeter shots. Defensively, she is tough by blocking shots and owning the glass. Still growing, look for her to have a big-time year where she eclipses multiple milestones along the way. She plays with a motor and gives opponents fits as she gets after it. Keep tabs on this young lady as she is just getting started. Defensively, she is a solid shot blocker and one who grabs rebounds consistently. Utilizing her speed, she creates chaos in various ways. Offensively, she can knock down the 3 ball consistently or can put it on the floor and finish at the rim. Defensively, she is going to pick up full and make the offensive player work the entire way. She gets steals, deflections, and plays selflessly by giving up her body to take charges or dives on the floor for loose balls. A ballplayer who is going to contribute in multiple phases of the game, scoring is just one value she brings to the table. A gym rat who works at her craft, she has grown over the course of the summer. She's duked it out with some good competitors and has risen to the occasion. Look for her to be a top option for ZCA and help them battle it out throughout district play. Someone who is willing to battle it out on the defensive end, utilizing her size and width to make it tough for opponents. Will be looked upon heavily to fulfill a bigger role this upcoming season. She's ready to showcase her skills and compete in a tough district. She's been a huge bright spot for Central and has set the standard for her club. She has great speed, thrives in pressure situations, and has become the leading catalyst for this program in multiple aspects.
