With the 2027 season on the far off horizon this is a also a quick peak at impactful players expected to return to or appear in all-league and all-state teams. The Panther big finally dipped inside the top 125, climbing 16 spots, after a deep run in the 2026 1A D I state tournament. A consistent all-league and all-state selection (two-time Twin Valley League 1st team, two-time KBCA second team, two time KSHSAA third team, 2026 SIK second team), she is counted upon to put up near double-double numbers. Her toughness, balance and reliability will garner strong attention from colleges over the months ahead. After hovering outside the top 200 for the past couple rankings updates Leeper jumped nearly 20 spots on the heals of a big season where she put up more than 17 points and 8 rebounds per game. And while the Heart of America League honorable mention selection has only slowly advanced up 17 spots in more than a year I anticipate her rise has only started now that her game is maturing. A legitimate big Jayhawk Conference JUCO's especially need to pay attention to. The Tuton senior is a tough point guard in tough league that has been loaded tough point guards. And after a strong junior season that saw here pick up first team Heart of America League and 2A honorable mention from KSHSAA and Sports In Kansas she rose 24 spots in the last release. Her stock has been rising she has risen 52 total since the September 2025 release. The Cardinal do everything guard had a terrific summer that attracted the attentions of Kansas NAIA and JUCO. Because of her diverse skill set and positional size she proved to be a consistent matchup problem that I see continuing over her next two years. Battling in the deep Heart of America League she emerged with second team honors as well as 2A honorable mention selections from KBCA, KSHSAA and Sports In Kansas. She rose nearly 30 spots and has emerged as one of the top juniors in the classification. The Charger senior has been on a tear since June 2025, rising 47 spots since that release. Drawing offers and interest from Kansas NAIA and Jucos the returning all-stater looks to wrap up her high school career making all-Flint Hills League four times. She is a favorite to repeat as first team.
