2026 PGH Freshman Showcase: Players I’m excited to see

She already stands at 6'3” and is ready to make an instant impact on the court. She has a nice touch around the rim and knows how to rebound at a high level. I'm excited to see her compete. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong><em>[player_tooltip player_id='1830112' first='Jordan' last='Reeder']</em></strong> -Lummi Nation - Jordan is a player who already has a full year of varsity experience under her belt. She is a quick guard who knows how to handle the ball at a high level and run the court smoothly. She is an excellent shooter from deep, being able to knock down shots at a high level, either off the dribble or off the catch. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong><em>[player_tooltip player_id='1894181' first='Kiana' last='Ruud']</em></strong> - Chiawana HS - Kiana is going to be a top player in this 2030 class and could potentially play at the D1 level. She plays years beyond her age, much like her sister did when she was younger. She has an elite offensive game and can score from all 3 levels. She uses her 6'3” frame to her advantage and is an excellent rebounder. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong><em>[player_tooltip player_id='1824596' first='Zoey' last='Wonderful']</em></strong> - Sumner - Zoey is a quick guard who plays her game really well. She controls the pace of the game smoothly, handling the ball nicely and rarely turning it over. She is quick when getting down hill and can defend at a high level. She is a guard to keep an eye on in the 2030 class. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><em><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1696859' first='Emmerie' last='Walcolm']</strong></em> - Skyline - Emmerie is a player I've also seen play a little, watching her live during the PGH War at the West earlier this summer. She was excellent at running the court, always leaking out and being able to push the ball with her pass too. She has great footwork and utilized her soft touch around the rim to get easy buckets. She is going to be a player who will compete hard. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
