Fan Favorite
Emeli sometimes flies under the radar because she isn't the tallest player on the floor, and her team doesn't always receive the statewide attention that some perennial contenders do. But don't let that fool you. Emeli is a fierce competitor who attacks the rim without hesitation, embraces contact, and plays with a level of toughness that stands out every time she steps on the court. She consistently wins 50-50 balls, uses her strength to secure loose rebounds, and brings an edge that makes her one of the toughest players to play against in her class.

Runner Up
What's not to love about Zoe? If you look at her body of work over the past few seasons, the numbers suggest she belongs even higher in her class. She's a deep-range shooter who forces defenses to extend well beyond the three-point line, and opponents often resort to face-guarding her to limit her touches. While she's already firmly entrenched in the top 10 of the 2028 class, this season could provide an even better measuring stick. If she consistently faces larger schools and top-tier competition, she may have the opportunity to prove she's deserving of an even bigger jump in the rankings.

Players Close Behind
Kenaddie is another player from a smaller school who deserves more attention than she's received. Playing alongside a high-profile teammate has sometimes limited the spotlight on her own game, but she's quietly become an important contributor. She does an excellent job creating second-chance points, consistently cleaning up misses with putbacks after battling for offensive rebounds. She's also comfortable stepping out and knocking down the three, giving her value both inside and out. After a summer of continued development, Kenaddie looks ready to take on a bigger role this season and show she's much more than a complementary piece.

Audri is a key piece for a Dixie team looking to make a statement after last season's early exit. Her versatility allows her to slide into multiple positions without sacrificing effectiveness, and she's more than comfortable with the ball in her hands. She plays with quickness, keeps defenders off balance with a tight, controlled handle, and does an excellent job protecting the ball while creating opportunities for herself and her teammates. That combination of versatility and playmaking makes her one of Dixie's valued players heading into the season.
