2030 Initial Rankings- South of 70 Stars

The number of talented players in the incoming freshman class is very very good. Today I'm going to take a look at just a few more of them, this time players from south of the I-70 divider as we head toward the start of a new season. These 2030s are not ranked in any particular order, these are from the watch list that came out last week.

I will start with a young lady who has a very productive skillset for her age. Very impressed with her performance at our freshman showcase, Travis is a kid who can take over a game and for her age, she is very mature and skilled. Athletic and agile, the young lady is going to make some big waves this season.

Carly will be drawing a lot of attention this year, as she has her game at a different level. She is among the very best 2030s in the Dayton area, and I look for her to be a quick leader at Springboro and create some havoc for opponents. She is super athletic, great wingspan, can defend and is a playmaker with the ball. She's got big time written all over her.

This young lady is so incredibly poised and calm on the floor for a freshman, she's got that ice in her veins that just makes her a winner. Excellent perimeter game, can put the ball on the floor, elevate and score mid range. She's very long and athletic, matchup problem for most teams.

Mya was a player I had not seen before, until she came in and dominated at the freshman showcase. Very agile, moves well, can score off the dribble and gets her team involved. She is the quintessential guard with a lot of different skills, can handle the rock, can score when needed and will defend. It won't take long for people to see her shine in the Queen City this year.

One of the most talented kids I saw on our circuit, regardless of grade. In fact, she played up and nobody could tell she was only going to be a freshman. She's got all the skills locked in, incredible court vision, distributes the ball and can score from anywhere. Seemed very focused on being the best player she can be.
