212 Elite Basketball Skills Clinic Standouts – Labor Day Weekend

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>This Labor Day Weekend Prep Girls Hoops covered the 212 Elite Basketball Skills Clinic on Sunday, September 6th hosted by founder/owner Coach Adam Hall and Coach Joy Plumley at Swish 365 in North Canton, Ohio. This 90-minute skills clinic featured various dribbling, defensive, and shooting drills targeted at sharpening middle school and high school athletes individual skillsets. As an 8th grader, she demonstrated a strong handle and feel for the ball during intense ball handling drills. Great control of the ball! Cobb also showed a strong defensive base and quick feet during the defensive drills. She impressed with her quick and consistently pure shooting stroke at the end of the intense workout even when tired. [player_tooltip player_id='1921457' first='Jordyn' last='Wong'] is a dynamic shot creator and all-around star in the making! She had a fantastic skills workout demonstrating her complete skillset for both sides of the ball. Great ball handler and feel for her shot! Quick first step and rise and fire with a pure shooting stroke! I was greatly impressed with her strong leadership and floor awareness for a middle schooler! Wong already holds a few D1 college offers after being named to the Jr. All-Star All-AAU 15U HM and Select Events Basketball Power 24 15U Honorable Mention lists this summer! Rylee helped demonstrate drills during the skills clinic and shined throughout her afternoon. I was impressed with her defensive instincts during drills and ability to keep the ball tight to her body during dribbling drills. She has quick feet defensively and her hands are set ready to fire on her jump shot. Pure shooting stroke! Greatly impressed and shined with her ability to catch fire quickly shooting during both her freshman year at Hoover and this summer for [program_tooltip program_id='712435' first='Buckeye' last='State Blast']! [player_tooltip player_id='1921466' first='Kasey' last='Bolyard'] is an all-around athlete who excels both in basketball and in track! A highly decorated track star who also shines in the classroom. She had a really solid workout on Sunday and showed why she holds multiple D3 offers heading into her senior year at Mogadore. [player_tooltip player_id='1235728' first='Rylee' last='Milner'] is likely the best player in her conference holding multiple Division 2 and 3 offers! She handled the ball very well for her size during the ball handling drills and moved her hands and feet well defensively during the drills. She is a confident big ball handler who knows how to create and finisher her own shot. The senior impressed with her mobility during the skills session.
