Flagler Fall Camp: Impactful Prospects Part 2

In this article, we continue our look at some of the standouts at the Flagler Fall Camp. The camp featured one-on-one play, three-on-three scrimmages, and some five-on-five. Like numerous attendees, these prospects played well and showcased something special about their games. Some players stood out on defense, some with the handles, some with quick feet and athleticism, and some brought the effort and IQ.    Bianncaa Scott made an impact at the event and drew praise from college coaches for her play. The point guard handled the ball well, displayed good vision, and played with a great motor while remaining under control. Scott was selfless with the basketball and used her quickness and competitiveness to contribute on both ends of the floor. The Freshman is poised for a big year this season.     [player_tooltip player_id='1926466' first='Aalunah' last='Edwards'] is a hidden gem who is poised to make her mark this upcoming season on the First Coast. She made an impact at the Flagler Fall Camp with her physicality, competitiveness and ability to attack and score through contact. Most of the time it was Edwards initiating the contact. Edwards also used her quickness and strength on the dedfensive end and she made opponents work for everything. She was arguably the most physical guard in the building..     [player_tooltip player_id='1867765' first='MJ' last='Cole'] was competitive as usual and was impactful on both ends of the court. Cole has the ability to attack the rim and score and can also stop and pop in the midrange. On defense, Cole is physical and has the ability to play on the perimeter and challenge drives to the rim. She likes to crash the boards and rebounds well from the guard position. She is a glue player who can score when needed, but as shown at the Flagler Camp, she impacts the game on defense, on the boards, or wherever needed.     [player_tooltip player_id='1833969' first='Danielle' last='Dube'] made an immediate impression at the camp. At 6 feet, she displayed the ability to secure a rebound, push the ball in transition and take it all the way to the rim. Dube also made an impact defensively, using her athleticism to guard players on the perimeter while showing the strength to battle inside. Her ability to rebound and initiate the break makes her a dangerous grab-and-go player. Her ball handling and verstaility stood out and she was a big impact from various positions on the floor.     [player_tooltip player_id='1834480' first='Faith' last='Stewart'] gave effort and showed that she is an under the radar player to kep an eye on this season. Stewart hustles on the defensive end, goes hard for loose balls, and doesn't back down from challenges. Stewart was a sleeper at the event and one thing noticeable - she loved to compete. She is poised to mke a big impact for high schjool team this upcoming season.
