Team Previews- Marion Harding

Head Coach Ed McCants and the Marion Harding Presidents are a team to keep your eyes on for the next several years! While they graduated 1000 point scorer Aniya Mitchell, 6'1 PF Kailyn Simmons, and guard Taliyah Thomas, McCant's team is filled with young talent, speed, and ballers that know a thing or two on how to put the ball in the basket! Let's take a look at some players to watch!

Get ready to watch this point guard masterfully take care of the rock, with fuel that never runs low! This diaper dandy was born with a ball in her hands, and has the confidence and muscle memory to shoot from any spot- McCants plays outstanding defense, loves to push the ball in transition, and she's incredibly difficult to guard! Super bright future!

Haines plays with a level head- her senior leadership and example will be a major impact for the team! Last season, she averaged just under 14 ppg., and earned 2nd Team All- Central District and District 11 honors. Adley is automatic from downtown, with light feet, and loves to create havoc on the defensive end! (Featured Photo)

Jones' height and muscle is a major problem for opponents to contain! She is a wall in the paint, does a great job rebounding, and she certainly makes opponents alter their shots- times her blocks well! Kamaria's frame size and physicality compliments her moves around the paint offensively. She has a high ceiling!

Keep your eyes on Kennedy- At 6'1, she's another terrific feed anywhere around the paint and block, and knows how to control the boards! She averaged just under 6 ppg. and 6 Reb. last season- she has the tools to be a double-double machine!
