#16 up from #19 Howard sold me last season after seeing her in person, yeah, I had heard about her being able to blow by defenders to score as well as drop the jumper yet her “poise under pressure” as well as her “on the ball” pressure have taken jumps, so has her court vision and ballhandling while being defended see evaluations here

Howard is so smooth and does does things instinctively that the novice evaluator will probably miss but seeing her create problems defending “on the ball” as well as “away from the ball” got me going. She picked some pockets which led to baskets, she also played the passing lane but her attacking the basket to score or dish looked good, along with her jumper

Howard’s name preceded her as a good friend had spoken highly of her yet one more time, I have to see for myself. I found this video initially back in May see evaluation here yet her performance at the Kickoff Classic JUST DID IT for me see evaluation here and is why I have her at #17. I wouldn’t be surprised to see her continue to rise because she brings a lot to the table and the table is nowhere near being set

Howard was a player I heard about from a RELIABLE source yet I told them I still had to see her so I’d know what to say. Well, her first step sold me off the top as she blew by defenders in the set as well as in the open court, body control on her finishes is solid, and so is her jumper, “catch and shoot” from deep included. She also does a good job defending “on the ball” from baseline to baseline.
