Taylor, a junior guard for Fremont, has played a major role in her team’s impressive 19-3 season and has her sights set on cutting down the nets and claiming the wooden mitten this week. With a first-round bye secured, she’ll take the floor Wednesday as one of the most dynamic talents in the building. Taylor impacts the game in every phase — she handles pressure with confidence, creates opportunities for teammates with sharp vision, and can heat up quickly as a scorer. On top of that, she crashes the boards with determination, giving her team extra possessions. Her all-around presence is a big reason Fremont enters the week believing it can finish the job.

Taylor has the athleticism, length, and skill needed to be a high level guard prospect. She showed it on the travel circuit and has consistently stuffed the stat sheets in several categories for Fremont to start the season. Her defensive and rebounding impact really separates her from most guards. Taylor sees the floor very well, gets to the rim, and has great passing instincts. She’s a double-double threat every night.

Taylor has come out firing to begin her junior season, making an immediate impact in a variety of ways. A true all-around contributor, she fills the stat sheet by doing a little bit of everything for her team each night. With her strong frame and length at the guard position, Taylor consistently tracks down rebounds and turns defensive stops into offensive opportunities. She plays with confidence, physicality, and a high motor, allowing her to influence the game beyond just scoring. If this early stretch is any indication, Taylor is setting herself up for a big year.

Taylor has length, athleticism, and dynamic abilities that will make her a highly pursued guard. She’s dangerous on the offensive end because she can get the edge to score with her speed, shoot outside, but also has great instincts to pass and create scoring for others first. Taylor beat a defender baseline off the dribble and made a great dump off assist. She grabbed a defensive rebound and jetted the length of the court for a fast break layup. Taylor dribbled with her eyes up and dished an assist on the money to Reece for two. Taylor buried multiple triples from the wing and had an outstanding first day for MBA UA Rise 2027 at our PGH Michigan State Tournament!

Taylor earned West Michigan Conference Lakes Division First Team All-Conference honors and was voted Muskegon Area Athlete of the Week in late February. At the time, she was averaging a ridiculous 13.3 points, 10.4 rebounds, 6.5 steals, and 1.2 blocks per game for Fremont–two triple-double performances. Taylor shot up our charts in the latest ranking update and is a prospect I’m eager to see more on the circuit for MBA UA Rise 2027 this spring.
